Bryce and Sammy came out to my home today and provided excellent service for my heat pump installation. From start to finish integrity was super easy to work with and provided an honest assessment with sound advice throughout the way. Pricing is standard amongst other competitors in the area but with warranty provided through Costco I decided Integrity would be the best route to take for my heat pump replacement.

We have had the pleasure of having this company in our home for many years. Being able to have someone trustworthy is a big deal nowadays. Setting up and scheduling has always been easy, great customer service!!Recently we had Alonzo come out and service our units. He was on time, very nice and thorough with his work. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We have used Integrity Heating & Cooling for our homes and business for years. Today I met Tyler J. for the first time on my personal home’s maintenance service. He was punctual, professional and personable. Tyler communicated what he would be doing prior to starting the work. He checked in with me halfway through the process, and asked if I had any questions which I appreciated. At the completion of service, gave me a full report and again asked if I had questions. I appreciate a technician as well as a company that prides themselves on quality work and quality customer service. Highly recommend!

Tyler J just finished the service call for our malfunctioning system. He was very knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed the issue. He was extremely diligent in the way he assessed the system and fixed it - explaining everything thoroughly. He, and the office folks I interacted with, were professional and the communication was excellent. Greatly appreciate their help. Would certainly recommend Tyler J and these folks. Thank you!

We used Integrity for our HVAC replace. They use Lennox which have great reviews. Service was excellent. Worked with Ron on sales side and he was super helpful. Bryce and Corbin did the install. They were on time, very polite, and answered all of our questions. They kept the area clean despite all the mud from a week of rain. They took time to walk me through the new machine and the new thermostat. The whole experience went really well. When you’re spending as much money as a new HVAC costs you expect good service. These guys delivered. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend!

Sebastian did a wonderful, informative, respectful, professional job today with out first maintenance checkup. Listened intently with my overall concerns for unexpected heat loss of the 30 year old home we purchased just a few years ago and our desire for a test of it in the future to find ways to reduce it. Also, allowed a few minutes to share with him a photo of my Lennox Dealer Dad back in 1974 when I would have been Sebastian's age working for him. Nice to have a young Christian brother in our home. I had a phenomenal experience with Integrity while they were working on our HVAC system, in part due to Sammy and Corbin. They were both well-spoken, professional, and friendly. They clearly communicated what was happening and were willing to answer any questions I had. In addition, they were punctual and efficient throughout the whole process. I appreciate their focus on the customer in addition to the work itself. Overall, a very positive experience and would recommend.

I would recommend John at Integrity. While performing maintenance he diagnosed problems we were having and setup a schedule to have them fixed. Thankfully, because summer heat is right around the corner.

Sebastian serviced our unit today and was awesome. He was friendly, answered all of our questions, and ensured our unit was running smoothly. We will definitely be calling integrity again next time it's times for service.

12/23 Update
Tyler came to service our unit today and did an excellent job. He cleaned our units and made sure everything was running properly. He made sure we understood the issues with our very old heating unit, set us up an appointment to get a quote on replacing the old unit (he was not pushy, this was something we wanted as our wall heater is from the 90s), and even brought down our Angel from the attic. Awesome service as always!

Great AC install on Halloween with Bryce and Sammy. Super professional, worked quickly, and even gave me a lovely thank you gift for being a customer. I was impressed from start to finish!

I woke up without any heat this morning (28deg outside). Tyler from integrity was quick to arrive and troubleshoot my problem. He provided a comprehensive plan to prevent further failure, while charging a fair price for the service.

We just had our HVAC unit replaced by Integrity. The process was professional from start to finish. Kent was able to answer all of my questions! Highly recommend!

I could have chosen another company with a lower bid to install a new HVAC system, but I was impressed immediatley by Greg, the project manager, and his thorough assessment, recommendations and knowledge. He explained what is ideal and what is practical and gave me options from which I felt I could make an informed decision.

The office personnel who handled scheduling, payment and general information were friendly and helpful on the phone.

When the installers, Eric and Bryce, arrived as scheduled, they were both friendly and cheerful. Eric explained how the installation would work and kept me posted throughout the day on progress, unforeseen challenges, and resolutions. When an additional installer came by with some additional supplies, he stayed for a while to lend a hand.

Because of some tight working quarters, installation ran an hour or so longer than anticipated, but Eric and Bryce did not leave before Eric was sure that I reviewed everything done and that I was confident in running the new system. He even gifted us with a nice potted flower! And they cleaned up their work areas well (always important).

Getting a new HVAC system is always a "hard pill to swallow", but the folks at Integrity make it as pleasant as possible. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from them thus far! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Abraham & Demetrius did an outstanding job of replacing our HVAV. They were faster than we expected & communicated along the way regarding progress. At the end, they helped set up the app to control the thermostat. A+++

I had a great experience with Integrity Heating and Cooling. Kenneth Lowe was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable when he came out to replace my AC unit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the installation was done right. The service was prompt, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the honesty and quality work—highly recommend!

John Black is a very professional and courteous technician. I felt so bad for him because he had to cut out a portion of ductwork where a possum had died inside the ductwork. I could hear him trying not to get sick but he was a real trooper, was able to get the job done and I'm extremely happy with his work

Alonzo Robinson was our technician today. He was thorough, professional, and helped us solve a problem connecting our thermostat to the internet that we had been unable to fix ourselves. We would be happy to have Alonzo as our permanent tech!

Tyler with Integrity Heating & Cooling came out to assess my heating unit. From the initial contact, he was warm and inviting—greeting me with a smile and introducing himself before explaining the process. He thoroughly explained what he discovered and presented my options in a clear, detailed, and easy-to-understand manner.

Have been with them for 10 years at our old house for seasonal maintenance and new syatem . Now with our new house using for seasonal maintenance. Very professional and they really communicate well. Had Alonzo here this morning and did a great professional job, again!
