John Black was on time, knowledgeable, honest and just an all around great guy. The service professionals are not paid commission, so they are out to try to sell you anything. John and this company are the definition of integrity. We were looking for a company to regularly maintain & service our system, John came out and found mold in our unit. (Interesting to note because my wife recently started getting headaches out of nowhere) He explained that it was common, fairly recent, and that it would be a quick fix if we added an air scrubber. He let us know that we had some work that would eventually need to be done and gave us a time frame of when it would likely need to be done-for planning & budget purposes. We added the air scrubber, signed up for a maintenance agreement. Needless to say, we look forward to working with John and the Integrity team for years to come.

These guys were recommended by a friend and now I know why. They came in the same day and very quickly diagnosed the issues with my Trane variable speed unit. John Black was very courteous, knowledgeable, wore shoe covers and explained everything very well. Price was fair too. Highly recommended!

Alonzo Robinson came to do the 6 month service on our new HVAC systems. He was very professional and friendly, explained the course of action and at the end told me everything he did during the visit. He even brought me a gift from the company! I've been very impressed with this company from the initial quote and installation of the new units to this point of annual maintenance.

Tim is very helpful and knowledgable. He saved us from freezing out in the middle of winter. We are very grateful and happy to have him on our list of people to call! Integrity is very lucky to have Tim on their team.

Today I had great professional service provided by Alonzo Robinson & John Black. They both were great at communicating the work being done, took their time, were diligent and kind.

During the annual maintenance Alonzo recognized an issue requiring additional attention. John came in afterwards and made the repair the same day. I felt very confident in the quality of service provided and would 100% recommend both of these gentlemen!

Had my seasonal maintenance done by Alonzo, and he did a great job! Super courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing before and after the appointment. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how he made sure I understood what was going on.

He also went over the new billing changes so I’ll be ready for my next visit in the spring. Overall, really solid service — thanks, Alonzo!

Karsten was so friendly & courteous. He took the time to explain The work that he completed as well as giving suggestions to help with efficiency and drainage lines. We have been using Integrity for several years now and would highly recommend them.

One of my biggest fears as a homeowner was the day my HVAC unit went out. However, the team at Integrity Heating and Cooling made the process as seamless as possible. My sales rep Ron Hayward was so patient and knowledgeable, he made sure I was able to make an educated decision when comparing quotes from others. Integrity’s pricing was in line or less with the others in town. My install team, Bryce, Corbin, and Sammy did an amazing job. They were kind, on time, professional, and efficient and even left me a cute hanging flower pot and organic coffee bag. Overall, I cannot recommend this team anymore. Thank you for everything!

We just had our upstairs unit replaced by Integrity. My wife and I were both very impressed by how well the work was done, the time it took to complete the job and how nice the technicians were. We would definitely use them again for our downstairs unit when it becomes necessary.
Update: we just had our first maintenance check up on the system. Karsten did a great job of inspecting all the components and informing me of the condition. We continue to be impressed with the service provided by Integrity. We are glad we picked them to do our HVAC replacement.

We had our 6 month checkup today and all units doing fine. The technician, Karsten Grider, noticed that the Capacitor was weak. He explained its function and potential problem. We had replaced it and with the discount it was a reasonable cost. Karsten was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very personable and polite.

Today we had our HVAC system annual check up, The Service Tech Karsten Grider showed up on time and conducted a review of our three systems. He took his time to inspect each unit, conducted the relevant tests and then explained in detail his findings and recommendations. It was a pleasure having such a professional and knowledge individual give me such an honest appraisal of status of our system and the consideration of replacing one of the systems.

Integrity made a great choice in hiring Grider.

I am not the most diligent person when it comes to providing timely reviews, BUT I would really like to recognize Tyler. I had my system installed in 2022 and had some issues in the beginning. Several different techs were sent out and several techs blamed the plumbing and kept stating, it's the drain line. I had the plumber out several times needlessly because other techs just wanted to take the easy way out and not figure out a real solution.

Tyler was the only one to take the time to truly troubleshoot the issue and found that there was air bubbles getting in the line, causing the tray to fill up and system to shut off. He cut the line at the connection to the drain and put in a "T" with one end open so air could escape. I've not had this problem since.

This is why I always request Tyler for my maint on the system because I believe in building a consistent experience over time
Is very important. He does exactly what I need, very thorough and efficient. This is how you keep a customer happy and for life with consistent great quality service!

Bryce and Corbin installed a new condenser and furnace at our house. They did a great job with the installation and explaining everything. They were very courteous and timely, overall a great experience

My thermostat was frozen and not able to heat or cool. I Called on a Saturday and spoke with Kevin who walked me through to get the thermostat working again. He stayed with me and walked me through step-by-step until The code was reset and working again. It was a great experience to work it out on the phone with a professional AC technician. I had my entire system redone with integrity and they did a phenomenal job one year ago and they’re still A great company to work with… I highly recommend their HVAC service.

We had a very positive (5 star) experience from start to finish. First, did a thorough job of explaining why we should choose Lennox and Integrity. He answered all of our questions and responded to every inquiry. The staff (Kari and Lori) were extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout the process. Finally, Demetrius and Abe were excellent and worked steady to insure a timely installation and our comfort with the operation of the new system. I always felt like they had time to answer questions and provide helpful information. We knew who was coming and when we felt like our satisfaction was their priority. I highly recommend Integrity without reservation or qualification as a HVAC contractor. The have a nice “gift” when they finish the project that will be remembered fondly.

Three days after moving into our new home, our furnace went out. This company was recommended to us and we are so thankful for them! Tyler came out quickly and throughly explained his findings and next steps. Kent came the same day and clearly explained all our options and was very helpful! They were able to install our new furnace the next morning and Abraham and Demetrius did a great job. They explained everything from start to finish. Our heat has been working properly and we are so glad we found them! All of my interactions were professional, thorough and friendly! They even left me a potted flower and a Bear Food package (highly recommend too)! 10/10 experience!

I've had ongoing issues for over a year since I've had my new Lennox Heat Pump and Furnace installed. Neither the installer nor a second company could get the system running correctly. Integrity really came through with Tyler & Ben getting everything working as it should have been from the start. Good response time and great results.

Can’t say enough about Integrity and technician Alonzo R.! Integrity replaced our old system a couple of years ago and we couldn’t be happier. We have HVAC system maintain twice a year, fall and spring. Alonzo was back for the second time and he’s wonderful! The service is professional, he’s extremely respectful of property, both inside and out!. He’s polite and knowledgeable and communicates with time of arrival updates (Always on time if not early!), keeps us updated on service he’s done or needs to do, and goes out of his way to be sure we are please with his work! We have no hesitation in recommending Integrity…and they give back to the community as well!
