Janitorial reviews in Charlotte, North Carolina

Elite Touch has proven to be an incredible asset to us after working through half a dozen companies in the same amount of years we found the one that fit.

The level of attention to detail is consistent cleaning to cleaning and when the the occasional bump in service arises the action to remedy any potential issue is immediate.

Mario has built a solid, reliable and cost effective solution for corporate cleaning and we gladly refer Elite Touch to vendors and clients alike.

Elite Touch Cleaning provides quality service and is always willing to go above and beyond to satisfying its customers. It’s been a pleasure working with Mario and Tony .

They are the best in the business! We have been clients for years, and they just get better and better every year. In a time with Covid, they made sure we were all safe and provided the items we need to keep our office going strong. Our clients and team members all feel comfortable thanks to Elite Touch. Again, the best in the business.

My company hired Elite Touch Cleaning Services about 2 months ago. They have been great! High quality service with a lot of personal touch. They are responsive and professional. I couldn't ask for better!!

**We had an emergency Covid-19 cleaning last night. Mark and his team got all the information and took care of this before the offices opened this morning. They are Rock Stars**

We recently moved our business into a new large, modern commercial distribution facility, and we wanted to work with a local company to provide a higher level of service. Our previous experience was with a franchised chain and frankly the cleaning service was not up to snuff. Elite Touch was recommended to my by our property manager, and we have been very pleased. Our regular cleaner does a great job, and is very nice. Our contact Andy has been responsive and has stopped by several times to check in on us. I highly recommend Elite Touch, very happy with our choice...

Amazing service!!! Tony is the best and can make anything happen for you!! I have never had such good cleaning service and response time. Elite Touch genuinely cares and it shows through in all of their work.

Mario and his team do a GREAT job. The only cleaning service I'll use at my properties, as they've always delivered and Mario is always responsive when I've need to adjust our service. Excellent company.

I have been using your Company for about a month now and I can't tell enough people how pleased I am with the results. I am truly impressed with the work Elite Touch Cleaning Services does for our company. Thank you so much.

Elite Touch has deep cleaned two of my properties' pool/clubhouse restrooms. Both Boards of Directors have given high praises at the difference afterward.

On Board member said specifically "Elite Touch took the impossible nasty floors that had not been cleaned in many years to making them look almost new!"

Great job Elite and I will continue to use you in the future for my communities.

Elite Touch Cleaning is the very Best! Tony and his cleaning Crew never disappoint. Rain, snow, ice whatever the weather is they always show up and clean our Market every single day. They have not missed a day in 6 years! I know when I show-up in the morning our Market is going to be spotless. I can't recommended them enough. Professional, responsive and always on time. They perform at 100% all the time. I would never having anyone else clean our Market!

Tony & Elite Touch do an amazing job of servicing our condo building (Chapel Watch) in Charlotte! Fabian cleans all 6 floors, the lobby, the vestibule, the building exterior grounds and hangs our elevator protection 5 days a week, and has never missed a day!
