The previous janitorial service we had for our Charlotte office was constantly missing trash bins and leaving the bathrooms messy. Since we switched to comfort for our cleaning, we havent had a single issue. It is a huge relief to walk into a tidy workspace every morning without fail.

We have relied on this team for our daily commercial cleaning needs. They handle everything from dusting the vents to restocking the break room supplies. Their staff is aways professional and they wear uniforms which helps with our security protocols. Great company to work with.

Our old cleaners were unreliable, but Comfort has been a study partner. The office stays fresh, and we no longer have to worry about the dust building up on the shelves.

We have a split level in Ridgewood that gets dusty in ways I still don't fully understand, like the ceiling fans collect a layer of grime within a week of being wiped down. A-Z came through and did a deep clean on basically the whole house, but the thing that stuck with me was the kitchen. The stovetop had this buildup around the burner grates that I'd been chipping at with a butter knife for months, not even kidding, and they got it looking factory clean. Same with the grout lines on the backsplash, which I genuinely thought had just changed color permanently. The bathrooms were done really well too but I keep going back to that kitchen because I cook every single night and it just feels like a different room. My daughter actually asked if we got a new stove which was sort of the best compliment they could've gotten. I think next time I might ask them to tackle the basement because that's a whole other situation down there.

Managing a medical office means the cleaning standards are not optional, they're compliance related, and I was doing walk-throughs every single morning checking behind the last company we used. Comfort took over our contract around September and the difference was obvious within the first full week. The exam rooms get wiped down and sanitized properly now, not just surface-level stuff where you can still see residue on the counters if you look at the right angle. The floors in the waiting room actually have a shine to them again which I forgot was even possible with the amount of foot traffic our Charlotte location gets. They also handle the lab area which requires specific disinfectant protocols and so far every audit has been clean since they started. The team that comes in is usually the same three people which I think matters because they know where everything goes and they don't move equipment around randomly. I still do my morning checks out of habit but I haven't found anything worth flagging since probably October.
