signed up for weekly cleaning at our office and its been about two months. from the start they were pretty responsive, got a quote within a day. crew shows up on time every visit. the actual cleaning is thorough, desks wiped down, floors done, kitchen area spotless every time. our building over in Harrisburg has a lot of foot traffic so the entryway gets dirty fast but they stay on top of it. haven't had to follow up or ask for anything to be redone which is a big deal for us

been using them for our office building for about four months now and its been solid. the first time they came through i walked the building with one of their people and showed them the areas that matter most to us - lobby, conference rooms, bathrooms. they took notes and actually followed through on all of it. that first week i checked behind them pretty closely and everything was done right. the crew that comes in is consistent, same faces every week which is nice because they already know the layout and where everything goes. Floors always look good, trash is handled, the bathrooms stay stocked. one thing i noticed is they actually wipe down light switches and door handles which our last company never bothered with. scheduling was easy to set up and they send a notification when the crew is on the way. no complaints from any of the tenants either which says a lot because those people will let you know if something is off

we have Comfort doing the janitorial for our coworking space and the restroom cleaning is honestly the thing that matters most to us since so many different people use them throughout the day. they get cleaned every weeknight and by morning everything is spotless, toilets sinks mirrors all of it. the soap dispensers are always filled and paper towels restocked which sounds basic but our last service kept forgetting. they also handle the shared kitchen area which gets destroyed daily and it always looks reset by the next morning. counters wiped down, sink clean, trash pulled. for a space where dozens of people rotate through every day things stay way cleaner than youd expect. our members have mentioned it a few times unprompted which says something about the consistency
