David and Matt are the best! If there is an issue they will resolve it, they always check in to make sure everything is going smoothly. We switched from another pest control to Gregory because they would come in, walk around and not do a single thing. Making the move to Gregory has been the best decision!

Gregory was very attentive to the traps that were inside our warehouse period he explained everything that he was doing period and he also explained how sometimes when a rodent is trapped, it causes a smell when it touches the outer core of the metal frame period he said. If we ever have issues, just contact him and every time I see him, he. Make sure he asked me any questions if I have anything else that needs to be attended for any rodents.

Gregor was very polite and professional he made sure to spray and put roach bait and all the appropriate areas. We really appreciate this assistance of an expert.

Update as of 5/21/25

We have struggled to get ahold of someone to return to our residence from two weeks after the visit until today. Today i called and was transferred to another company. Before the transfer i was informed the company I’m being transferred to WILL have my service address and information including my service address and account number on their end. I requested any form of verification of my call with Gregory, from a reference number or my account number. Just encase i am bounced back to Gregory pest control. The rep then informed me that it wouldn’t matter as the company I’m about to be transferred WILL NOT have an account number on file😳 i reminded the rep of her previous statement and as I’m speaking she was unprofessional and continued speaking over me. I asked that i please speak and finished my statement. The advisor revised my statement saying the company I’m being transferred to WILL have my service address and information in their end. I stated, you reformatted my statement with assurance and just proceed to transferring. National informed me they didn’t service residential locations and i was asked to call Gregory pest control back. I feel like I’m being bounced around like a ping pong ball.

We use there very affordable monthly program for all are apartments and they do a great job keeping them free of all types of insects. I had a yellow jacket infestation in the vent to my stove fan. Matthew came out same day I called and treated the invested area. Could not ask for a nicer person to take care of this problem. He checked back in two days to make sure there was no more sign of yellow jackets. I highly recommend this service and Matthew.
