The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and more than efficient. I really appreciate him taking care of all of my pest control needs. Communication is everything. He kept me informed of everything. Would definitely use again. The technician for northeastern North Carolina is amazing! Truly an an asset to the company.

I have used Gregory Pest Control for my home for a few years and they did a solid job until this year. I also hired them to service my business office. Over the last 6 months, they billed me for commercial services that NEVER happened and scheduling became a problem with both my residential and commercial accounts. I messaged the technician about coming out and getting service because it was taking too long and he became defensive. Instead of taking responsibility, he pawned me off on his manager who was suppose to call me and he never did. His manager was suppose to identify another technician to service my account. After several days with no contact from the manager or company, I called their customer service team and I was notified that instead of finding a new technician, they cancelled my account without even notifying me. As a small business owner, I can't imagine handling an account as poorly as they handled mine. A culture that doesn't take responsibility, poor communication and charging for services that NEVER HAPPENED ... unacceptable. There are too many good options in this service sector ... I would definitely recommend using a company other than Gregory Pest Solutions.

I had a bad experience with this company, they were so unprofessional and very rude. They came into my home set traps where they could be seen and very obvious. I was very disappointed on how they came into my home and just didn't respect my items and just sprayed chemicals that are harmful on my items. I got so mad I didn't even want them to come back never again. Thank you

The Instagrammer, with 30,000 followers requested that they leave negative reviews of this business. This happened on April 24th, 2021, so please take the negative reviews from that time with a grain of salt, as they are just seeking to tarnish this businesses reputation.

What a difference it has made after having my yard treatments. I can actual enjoy being outside and not feel like I'm being eaten alive by Mosquitos. I am now a customer for life!

Chris has been on time, affordable and it makes a GREAT difference in being able to enjoy my yard! I would definitely recommend his service.

Have been using Mosquito Patrol for about 5 years now and it's been a great experience all around. Very professional and very effective. Pool and lots of landscaping in the back and no mosquitos year after year. Highly recommend.

I was out in my yard with my dogs and was bitten twenty-six times in under one hour. I called Mosquito Patrol soon after to have my yard treated. They were quick and professional, and I only had to keep my dogs in for one hour after the treatment was applied. Since the treatment, I've been able to use my yard without becoming a feast for the bugs. The treatment also kills fleas and ticks, and while I keep my dogs on all preventatives, I rest easier knowing my dogs are less likely to pick up anything from the yard.

Last year they were great! This year a completely different story! First time they came out I thought they were done fast but I didn’t pay attention. The second time the tech was done in less than 7 minutes for a 2 acre property! I Told him where I was having issues and he never sprayed the yard the trees or near the creek area. When I called to complain that he didn’t spray I was told by the owner that obviously they couldn’t make me happy so
I should go somewhere else!! I gladly did!! 2 days after there so called treatment I’m on my deck being eaten alive by mosquitos! Don’t waster your money or time!!

I was skeptical at first thinking that it would wear off and not be effective. I was way wrong!! I can't believe the results! We have a pool and a lot of landscaping in my backyard. I didn't think it would be a good fit at first, but wanted to try something to help with the mosquitos. I can sit in my back yard, on my deck at the pool anytime of day for days on end, even the last day before the next service and not have a bite from a mosquito. What's even more impressive is they attack fleas and ticks too. My dog hasn't had any this year! The service is superb! They let me know when they are coming and when they have provided service! I am very impressed! I have told my neighbors about Mosquito Patrol! It's immediate results and if you continue more than one time, it will be the best decision you ever made, if you spend any time out doors!! Well done Mosquito Patrol!! Fan for life!!!

Wonderful service! They have always come back quickly if needed and most of the time it is not needed. It has made our backyard enjoyable again. Second year using them and will continue to use them each year!

We have a very wooded backyard and Mosquito Patrol has made it livable for us again. They are super responsive about coming back to spray if rain washes away an application too. Definitely would recommend!
