They arrived when they said they would be here. They completed the job very timely.
We had a septic system that needed a repair and extension. His quote was right in line and reasonable.

These guys are top notch. They are dependable and provide great services. Adam always gives me an honest opinion when it comes to my septic or drainage issues. In addition to this, their prices are consistantly lower than any of their competitors around...I can't see myself using anyone but Greenway in the future.

I called Brooke on Friday afternoon and she was able to schedule us for Monday. The guys were great and explained the difference between the pump, the tank and the filter (Greenway, please post their names) and then they put our landscaping back as if it was never touched. Brooke helped hook us up with a plumber for a related pipe that backed up in our basement and that company is coming today/same day. Brooke is my new best friend!

I live in Stanly County, NC and apparently septic service is hard to come by here. One horrible guy was recommended by a friend. Came out and without any equipment, used my shovel and my pipe wrench, sat down on the ground to dig
( cause apparently he had bad legs) fixed nothing and then charged me 350.00! At that point I was desperate. My septic tank was exposed, full, and I had a pipe that needed replacing. I called a million places and had no luck in my area.

UNTILL I found GREENWAY WASTE SOLUTIONS.

From the first phone call, everyone I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After sending a few pictures of the mess the other guy left, I was given a quote over the phone and received service within two days! ADAM and SCOTT came out to save the day. They brought the appropriate equipment and had the job done in a couple of hours. They did an excellent job with minimal upset to my yard. They stuck with the original quote and I made my payment with ease.

5 years have passed and I stand by my original review. This time it was Stephen and Chris that went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns with patience. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. My 5 star rating stands! A company that consistently provides 5 star customer service is a rare find!

Twice a year we have our septic tank inspected in our neighborhood and typically we have to rearrange all of the mulch back where it was over the ugly septic tank covers once the inspection is complete. But this year, we had a VERY different experience when Nick arrived to the house. He was super professional and very kind. I asked if he could be sure to cover up the septic covers before he leaved and he said “oh yes m’am, I always do”. Well that was a huge delighter for me! He did such an amazing job of putting everything back together and the mulch looks better than the day that I spread it on the septic covers. Bravo Nick! And I appreciate your commitment to quality and taking exceptional care of other people’s property!

I am very happy with the service provided by Greenway Waste Solutions at my home in Denver. The technician “TJ “ fixed my sewer problem and saved me hundreds of dollars compared to a competitor estimate. He showed up when scheduled and is very knowledgeable. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone in need of this service.

I was referred to Greenway by another company and im so glad I was. I spoke with the lady on Monday and they came out on Thursday fast response time for me. JE was the gentleman who came out this morning to clean our grease traps. He was early and professional, not to mention very knowledgeable of what he was doing. We have had this service done before by another company and the grease traps never looked like they did today after he was finished. Thank you Greenway for your professionalism and kindness. The service folks arrived on time, were courteous and professional. I had my septic tank pumped out and new heavy duty risers with PolyLok lids installed because the original inferior 5 year old EzSet lids were damaged from age and wear. I had very specific requests and Greenway Waste Solutions met my service and installation expectations.

Working with Greenway was easy with exceptional communications from the front office to the field folks.

The reason for the 4 star review is the price - value. IMHO the price I was charged was too high for the scope of work completed by Greenway Waste Solutions - even in these times of record high inflation.

Greenway Waste Solutions doesn't play the bait and switch game as other "highly rated" septic companies do in the Charlotte area. There are no surprise or hidden fees and charges with Greenway Waste Solutions.

The company I work for purchased a Historic Building in Concord NC, it was previously a restaurant and had closed in 2019. The grease trap in is the basement, I called Greenway Waste and spoke to the nicest person "Brook" she handled the entire appointment set up, we had to cancel and reschedule and once again Brook was so very efficient & took great care of us. The driver Wich was so professional as he had to do more than a normal empty the trap since it had been so long between jobs. we will now be using their service at our other 8 locations as I can get them switched over. We called for emergency services and Stephen and Brandon showed up within 30 min of our call. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and made sure we were all set before leaving. They were very friendly & also offered pointers for our septic upkeep and maintenance.
