Kirk was absolutely awesome!!! He provided great customer service, was very informative, respectful and honest. All Clear Drain and Sewer are blessed to have such an intelligent hard worker!!! Kirk and Joe went above and beyond to clear my drain, and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Couldn’t be more pleased with All Clear Drain & Sewer! They came out the same day we called and were in constant communication regarding the time frame. Kirk was awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly he was honest. He found us an alternative to what could have been a very costly issue. We were very impressed with Kirk and the level of service he provided.

I had this company come out to replace my sewer pump float in my basement. After several weeks the float was not working. I spoke to the owner Joe, and he told me that he would come out to replace it again but I would be charged for labor. Mind you, this was under warranty. It seems that Joe mistook me for someone that didnt know proper business practice and warranty work. After several texts and calls where he argued with me stating that it's not the float but it was now the pump, he agreed to come back out. His technician came back out and seemed more concerned than Joe was. The tech recognized his own error and went at fixing it and apologized for the error. Two days go by and I had the same issue, and it flooded my laminate flooring that now needs to be replace . I tried reaching out to Joe on several occasions so that we could talk about replacing my floors because of the errors that led to my floors being ruined but he has yet to respond. Now I'm at the point to where I will be taking legal action against this company. I had to pay RotoRooter $40 to fix what I have already paid Joe to do. I wouldnt ever recommend this company to anyone for several reasons. The only good thing about this company was the honest technician that came out and listened to my concerns. If I could give 0 stars to this company I would, but they will hear from me again.

In response to your response Kirk, I have attached a photo of the text that you guys stood me up twice and Joe ignored my calls and texts after that. I only rescheduled once and that was because of my flight and I made that clear to Joe. Also, it was not stated to me initially that the part was not warranted. I have proof of that as well.

They did a great job! I called them for an emergency drain cleaning, and they showed up on time and fixed the problem within an hour. I highly recommend them.

What started as a seemingly good experience turned into a nightmare with the owner cursing and using the most horrible language I’ve heard.
The drains were backing up in our rental...called All Clear to come out and handle. They were able to come out on Christmas Day which was great and we thought they fixed the problem. A few days later we received an invoice for $375 after being quoted $245 on the phone. A few days after that the drains started acting up again. Contacted Michele and paid the original bill of $375 and was told they would come out again as a courtesy and there would be NO charge for the second visit. Once the tech was out there he said it was the washer drain and then discovered it was likely the septic backing up. Long story short it doesn’t seem like anyone there including the owner Joe has a good understanding of how pluming works and just tries something and hopes it works. We then received a bill of $145 for the second visit. After asking why via email and not really getting anywhere my husband calls Michele she proceeds to put the owner Joe on the phone and he not only cussed at me but called me a big fat baby c**k s****r and hung up. Still being harassed via email over this courtesy visit. Looking at other reviews it seems to be a common problem with Joe.

A great experience with Joe at Always Clear Sewer and Drain! I reached out for a backup in my home's mainline. Joe, the owner answered the phone himself! I loved that I was able to speak directly with someone from the company, especially the owner! He was patient and knowledgeable while I was asking my questions. He came on time for the appointment, was personable and fixed the issue the same day! I will definitely use him in the future!

James was great! Found the leak in our pool and patched it up for us. Very thorough and great customer service. Even found a snake in the skimmer, removed it, and showed me where to look to ensure everyone stays safe while cleaning the skimmer out!

Was not happy with the job at first but the problem was fixed as of now. When the weather gets hot and your pool is down, you don't have many choices .

I got service from leak squad, they charge $395 to located a leak, they were off by 20 feed, I got a plumber, because of location, the charge was higher.
