Roy did awesome job locating the leak, very professional , knowledgeable and outstanding customer service.

I am not sure how I feel , it took 2.5 hrs to discover leak "they believe "may be there. I'm most upset about the cutting of my carpet to look under floor and they didn't put adhesive down after cutting carpet so I have a bulge. Not good, as I have to go out and pay for something to glue it back down. I'm not happy about that.

Had leak squad come out to look at a leak and took 3 months to get them to repair the leak. The office girl had blocked our number preventing us from calling. After many attempts of voicemails and using various phone numbers we resulted in calling the BBB. Such a lack of professionalism and poor quality service. Wont be using again.

I would like to recommend this company. James found the leak in my pool and Nick repaired it. They were both excellent in what they did. I couldn't be any happier.

Leak Squad really came through for me when I needed them. The office staff and technicians are top notch and friendly. Nick especially, went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.

Wow, absolutely horrible experience with this company. Agreed to pay $1200 for commercial leak detection services for a tech to show up at 10pm. He showed up at 10pm and says, "ummm, sir we don't do this type of leak detection. We only do residential so I can't help you."

I'm blown away his office sent me a bill for $200 and says I'll go to collections over it. They did absolutely nothing and did not meet the expectations they provided. Office girl hung up on me, rudely. Very unprofessional experience.

I called Leak Squad on Friday. The woman I spoke with was very friendly.
During the call, they offered a "first available" app't., and I was unable to make that happen. I asked for the day afterwards and they accommodated. The morning of the app't, I received a text that advised they were within 30 minutes from my house. They showed up within that 30 minutes. Everything was good, right? Well, it got even better.

James, the technician shows up and does a visual inspection of the pool and was able to find the leak that I'd been looking for for weeks on end. He provided two patches and said he could do it or I could. I preferred to do it myself. James was here maybe 20 minutes. He was readying to leave and I asked what the charge would be. The answer: $0. WHAT?????? That NEVER happens these days. James was clean cut, professional and so personable. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a similar problem. They came highly HIGHLY recommended and didn't disappoint. Thanks LEAK SQAUD. Y'all are THE BOMB!!

I had a leak on my main water pipe. A plumbing company gave me a quote to run a new line since leak was not showing. Quote was painfully high and if I went for it, it would definitely cancel my family's vacations plans for the summer. So I went online and did some research and found about Leak Squad. They came out and located the leak, so plumber was able to dig up a hole by the house and fix the pipe. Did't have to rerun a new line. Yes I paid a leak detection fee, but in the end I literally saved few thousand dollars.

They came out to the house when they said they would, Roy worked on opening the concrete replaced the pipe as necessary did the required pressure testing and closed the opening.
He explained what he was doing along the way in a most professional manner.

This was a pleasant experience and I would recommend these folks as a good vendor for this type of work.

The Leak Squad came to our house to work on our pool at the agreed upon time. The two men were friendly and polite and did not leave a mess behind. The process for locating our leaks was initially explained to me before they started. Then after the leaks were found, the methods of repair were discussed and I agreed upon the fixes. It has now been more than a week and a half and the water level in the pool remains constant. I wish all home repairs were handled as professionally as Leak Squad did.

Don’t waste your money and time , after 6 month still waiting for my refund. They changed me $500 but nothing was done properly. I called different company and they detected leak and fix it less than 1 hour for $300.

Christian Whitman was amazing to work with. I suspected there might be a leak in my pool or spa, and my pool maintenance provider strongly recommended that I call the Leak Squad to investigate. Christian came out to do an analysis of both. He was relentless and focused, never giving up until he discovered the problem and advised me what needed to be done to fix it. He showed up on time, with a great attitude... he truly loves his job! Christian was polite and respectful at all times... a perfect gentleman who knows his stuff!!! I highly recommend him and ate Leak Squad!

Excellent customer service and dedication from this company. Leak detection is not a perfect science just yet, but we had two leaks under our cement slab and got them taken care of! Based on our water bill, the leaks had been going on for over 2 months, but we couldn't see the issue and didn't originally know how to address it. The ground was so saturated underneath that the water was coming up from the ground on the opposite side of the home. The representative that came out explained their role and set expectations before beginning any work. Leaks can be within 5ft of the strongest readings and the fact we unknowingly had two in the same pipe line, caused it to be even more difficult than usual to locate. When we first broke into the suspected spot and didn't find the leak, we reached out to seek guidance from Leak Squad. They were onsite again in no time and diligently worked to find a second more precise location. I believe the first break into the cement slab that exposed ground allowed some of the water to dry up prior to their second visit which had likely skewed the results of the initial locate attempt. The second time they marked right between the two leaks and our plumbers were able to quickly resolve the trouble. Their efforts took the guess work out of the process and saved us from breaking up a ton more concrete and tile flooring. Leak Squad will be our go to from now on for leak detection and United Plumbing LLC our plumbers! Thanks again for your help!

After having multiple plumbing companies who claimed to do leak detection come out and do nothing to help; I called Roy at leak squad. He came out within the next day and was super nice, very professional, educational and spot on accurate with his leak detection.

We had a pool leak and called Leak Squad who was referred to us and could not be happier! They scheduled us quickly anRoy was great and was very thorough and informative and got it fixed. I even understand my pool system better than before! Highly recommend them!!

Leak Squad came to my home to check on a suspected leak under the slab.Luckily it was a leaking toilet and a cheap fix. The tech Roy came out on time and went straight to work diagnosing the problem.He found the problem quickly and thankfully saved me big dollars.Roy communicated to me the steps involved as he was locating the leak.Good job!

The company’s service guys (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names) who initially detected the precise area/pipe where our pool was leaking from were thorough. It was impressive how they were able to find the exact spot that needed to be fixed.
After a few weeks, Roy returned to repair the leak. There were many obstacles that he encountered while he was here (lack of assistance, additional contractors, blown fuse, rain), but Roy was very courteous, respectful, accommodating and worked diligently to complete the job as scheduled. We would highly recommend Roy/Leak Squad—as long as you’re not in a hurry! Even though Roy is a quality worker, you may have to wait a while to get the job completed, since he appears to be only one of the few guys who is able to do the jobs.

We knew that we had a leak, but we could not find it and neither could 3 different plumbers that came out over the course of 20 days. The last plumber recommended Leak Squad, and they found it within 30 minutes of being at our property. They also found 2 leaks in our irrigation that we did not know about.

Have used this company for several years while working on swimming pools. They have in the past done a good job. Last year the ownership of the company changed (I believe) and everything has gone downhill. I had them at one customer and the technician broke a Union on the filter and then tried to say it was already broken (total BS). I had to fix the broken union and have tried several times to get them to call me about the problem. You can’t communicate with the over the phone ONLY TEXT. I will not be using their services again. I hope James calls me.
