Great crew. Great work . Team 4.led by Edwin They were so responsive to everything we asked for. House was left clean every day when they left. If we saw something we didn’t think was right it was addressed and fixed to our liking. They painted replaced doors, framework, Sheetrock, Putin hi hat lights, fans. Thank you so much Edwin for making a time that can often be anxiety causing be so simple and stress free for us! We will definitely use them over and over

Ground Up Construction, Edwin Orsorio, did a great job in my home. I needed demolition work in my livable basement for a drain and
Sump pump to be placed. They completed the work in a professional and timely manner. Dry Pro completed the system and commented on the great work at demolition. States, they often have to do more work themselves to get the job site ready. Edwin and his crew also completed the build back. Edwin offered helpful suggestions with the flooring. I was impressed with his willingness to help and work, that I hired him to complete 2 much larger rooms. That Jon included tearing up oils carpets,
Molding etc. They did a great job. They stayed on contact work arrrival times , did daily walk throughs to talk about progress and next steps. I highly recommend Edwin with Ground up Construction for any rebuilds,

Very quick with an estimate and scheduling. They did a great job on our wall repair. They made sure the new siding looked like our old discontinued siding. When I need more stuff done I’ll definitely be giving them a call. Very friendly and amazing to work with.

Edwin and Team did a great job on our basement remodel. After Hurricane Debby flooded our basement, we had Dry Pro install a drainage system and sump pump, then it was time to complete the tear out and begin a complete remodel. Ground Up Construction was referred to us and we were not disappointed. Edwin was very thorough from beginning to end, always kept us in the loop as to the progress. Customer Satisfaction was always a top priority. We are very happy with the end result and plan to have Ground Up Construction back for a future project.

I had a phenomenal experience with GroundUp construction fixing a furnace flue pipe on my roof! After trying desperately to have a repair done for a year, only to be ghosted or told they couldn’t handle the job by 3 alternate companies, Edwin at GroundUp came out the same day I spoke with him on the phone, provided an estimate within 24 hours and 2 days later, the job is completely done!! I could not be more thrilled and they have earned a lifetime customer! They will be my first call for every single home improvement or repair job I have from now on. I wish I could give them 100 stars for taking this stress from me! Thank you GroundUp!

He was professional and knowledgeable about the work. Him and his employee took their time and explained what they were doing and walked us through everything that was done at the end. Our floor and toilet instal looked amazing. We will definitely use his services again.

Very impressed with the service provided, Right away I noticed how clean they kept things as they worked. I had two rooms and a hallway to complete and their team worked fast and diligent using equipment that made little noise. They were honest and very respectful of my home and the things in it. Upon completion of my flooring I had an antique couch and several pieces of furniture and they put EVERYTHING back in the exact same spot that they found it in. The team even found loose coins that were laying on floor in the area where they worked and placed them in full view for me to retrieve. I have upcoming projects and with the Customer Service they provided from the beginning to end I will be using them again. Honestly a great company to use!

Ground Up Construction delivered for us on this bathroom rehabilitation/remodel. They turned a nightmare bathroom with rot in the inner dwellings into a dream space. Edwin and Gerson did an awesome job each day with walkthroughs and knowledgeable advice. The crew showed up every day at the same time. Their knowledge in the building process is a testament to the competence and passion these guys have for the craft. Will use them for future projects.

Ground Up Construction did an amazing job. We had floors replaced, walls painted and a deck replaced. I could not be happier with the quality of work they delivered.

Edwin, Gerson, and their team did a great job redoing our dumpy old bathroom and turning it into a fun space. From the first time we talked, they were patient, friendly, and helpful - when we weren't totally sure what we wanted, their suggestions helped us clarify the plan, and when we had to adjust parts of the original design (due to things we found after the walls were opened up), they offered great suggestions that helped us keep the new layout close to the original design.

Some of the tile we had chosen ended up being a little trickier to work with than we had anticipated, but their team managed the install with skill and care. They can handle any/every aspect of your project, whether big or small. I was going to say something like "they can help turn your dreams into reality" but was afraid it would sound too cheesy, so I'll just say you will definitely be happy with the way things turn out.

This company is awesome l meet with Edwin he walked me through the process the workers were on time the timeline he gave me was on point they finished the job a day earlier.

I work for a large foundation repair company in the CLT area and have had dozens of clients use Edwin for many different projects. Removal/rebuild of decks, demo and remodel bathrooms, flooring, painting. They always have great things to say about Edwin.

I just personally had Edwin repair my ceiling from a recent water leak in the house, he had to repaint my entire kitchen ceiling. He did a great job.

Wow, Edwin and Gerson are two of the best guys out there - great people who are great at what they do. Their team did a renovation on my entire house and we became friends in the process bc they are so easy-going and kind and offered tons of advice when needed. They are HONEST and fair and can do literally everything. They are crazy hard-working and finished at least a month EARLIER than expected, with absolutely beautiful work.

They went above and beyond over and over for us - to help us save money with deliveries, helping us pack, even looking after my puppy a few times! If something wasn't exactly right they made sure to fix it, and have even come back a couple of times after to repair or replace small things and make sure their work is perfect. They have no quit.

These guys came out in the middle of a storm to patch our roof when a branch fell on our house, and then worked with our insurance company to make sure we got the best care and saved money.

I cannot say enough good things about Ground Up - I have recommended them to do work for family and close friends who have been just as impressed and grateful. You will not find better service, care, hard-work, and attention to detail from any other company!

I had a wonderful experience using CHS construction group. It started during our research process when we were comparing companies to do our kitchen remodel. The transparency and communication as well as the patients and professionalism that Jared shown us separated then from the competition when the pricing and products were very comparable and competitive.

At each step in the process, Jared and his team under promised and over delivered on timelines, craftsman, communication and that always gave us a sense of reassurance and confidence that the project was forward expected if not better than expected.

The team inside our home was courteous and worked extremely hard each day. They were very respectful of our living area and ensured that we had a clean space at the end of each workday. They arrived on time each day and were very good at staying on task and working in tandem with each other so that each phase of the project was completed correctly and ahead of schedule.
Our project timeline was slated for around six weeks, but was completed around three and a half weeks.

This has been a wonderful experience for our family to see our dream kitchen comes to life. CHS Construction Group definitely made better than we could have asked for - especially when they surprised my wife with a happy birthday song on her birthday which was also the first day of construction - that just set the tone for all the good things to come. Leveraged CHS for a variety of tasks with one of them replacing the insulation under the house. After it was completed I saw that they installed the insulation upside down. I notified them and they did come back out to “fix” it. They ended up only re-installing part of the insulation where it is visible at the entrance of the crawl space. From there I reached out to Bill numerous times to either remove the insulation so I can have a company fix their mistakes or provide a refund. Bill has ignored my calls and emails for months. I ended up having to hire another company and paying twice for the same job.

CHS Construction is our go to contractor from here on.
