Dustin and the crew at Vision Roofing were terrific! Not only was the entire roof replaced in one day, but the clean-up was absolutely thorough with no landscaping disturbed. Also, Dustin was most accommodating in our selection of colors and worked within the parameters of our insurance claim. Vision Roofing also came back immediately to tend to a minor issue. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for your roofing needs--they were great!

We used Vision Roofing to install Gutter Guards on our house. Dustin and his team were outstanding. They adjusted our gutters to flow correctly, cleaned them out and installed the new gutter guards. They installation looks great and they cleaned up before they left. I have recommended them to multiple neighbors. We will definitely use them again for any roofing needs!

Outstanding work by Vision Roofing!

We had Vision Roofing take care of our roof replacement, new gutters, and window screen replacements, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, honest, and extremely efficient.

Especially Dustin — he went above and beyond to help us with everything, from contacting the insurance company, coordinating with the mortgage company, to working directly with the inspector. He made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and stress-free for us.

I highly recommend Vision Roofing. They recently replaced all of the windows in my home. The whole process, from choosing new windows to installation and clean up, went very smoothly. The installation crew was very friendly, and they worked diligently to complete every step of the installation process with precision. My new windows not only look beautiful, but they provide much needed insulation. I am very happy with the high quality of the windows and the ease with which I can maintain them. I highly recommend Carolina Storm Roofing. Working with Susan and Will could not have been easier! We had a 25 year-old roof that was in need of replacement, so at first I was skeptical about our getting a hail damage claim approved through insurance, but Will made it happen and even got our skylights approved for replacement. Susan explained every step of the process and was responsive and knowledgeable when we had questions. Both Will and Susan were very customer-focused and went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. The process moved quickly and we had a new roof within a couple weeks (it would have been faster if we had decided on a color sooner)! Our house looks almost new now, and I can hardly believe we got our roof funded by insurance and with so little hassle. Definitely worth a call!

This experience was as best as could be for having a roof installed. The crew that worked on the roof were exceptional. They were courteous and very efficient in handling all of the details in cleanup after the job was completed - which is so important. They cleaned up the roof debris so that you could hardly tell that they had been here. They took great care with the landscaping surrounding the house and made sure all nails were found. But, most importantly, they did a great job on the roof installation. It's beautiful.

Susan's and Will's expertise and professionalism were exceptional. From the first explanation of the services they provided, to working with the insurance company and having the products delivered on a planned schedule, the whole process presented no hassle or hardship in any way for us. The booklet of information describing the products and the full and transparent way that every detail of the installation would be handled were wonderful. There were no surprises along the way and the timeline was seamless.

The installation team had to deal with rain moving in and out and they along with Will made sure that everything was covered and protected throughout the installation.

Amazing experience from start to finish!

Carolina Storm Roofing came highly recommended, and there are a few other roofing companies that also have great reviews, but what sealed the deal for us was the Susan and Will team! We knew right away after speaking with Susan and Will that they were genuinely good people and were here to support us.

Will handled all of the field operations; He performed the initial roof inspection report, worked with the insurance inspector up on the roof, picked up paperwork multiple times from us, and checked in with the crew throughout the day during the roof installation. Will showed up on time every single time, with advance notice of his arrival time.

The installation team were very professional and did an amazing job on the new roof. They arrived at 6:30 am, had the old roof off by 8am, and were 100% finished up by 8pm that night. You could not even tell that they were here, the yard was spotless when they left! Will came again the following day to inspect the new roof and to ask if we had any concerns that he could address, which we did not. I inspected the roof myself and found no issues.

Susan is the backbone of this operation, she was absolutely amazing and was in constant contact with us from day one, we never had to ask for an update. Susan handled all of the communications with the insurance company and us, the homeowner. Susan provided us with an informational packet before we even signed that listed all of the materials they use and a step by step guide on what to expect throughout the entire process. No questions were left unanswered. Susan even came out to our house on the day of the roof install just to check in on us.

We had to have our roof replaced due to storm damage. Susan & Will make an excellent team to work with. Susan was very knowledgeable and always kept us informed, updated and helped us. Susan made the whole process do much easier and was always there to answer our questions. Will and his crew were great, always on time with every appointment. The roofing crew were so polite, courteous and cleaned up so well afterwards. Thank you to Susan, Will and crew for all your hard work and a beautiful roof!

I contacted Susan at Carolina Storm Roofing after noticing possible hail damage to my gutters. Susan and Will were responsive with Will coming to inspect my roof and verifying that indeed we had hail damage. Susan worked with me filing an insurance claim. Will was there when the insurance adjuster came to take a look. Throughout the process we had great communication. When it came to the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof, Will checked in throughout the day with the crew which was appreciated. We also used them to install new gutters. After everything was done Will stopped by again to check it all out, climbing on the roof and provided us with pictures both of the the work while being done and the completed project with a multi year workmanship warranty. We are very happy with the process and have since recommended CS Roofing to family and friends.

I highly recommend Carolina Storm Roofing who re-roofed my house last week. Will Robinson, Susan Ryder and Scott Crytser were all great to deal with all through the process of helping me get my insurance claim approved and my new roof installed. They were very thorough in making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and the crew that actually did the work was outstanding. Even in the extreme heat they completed the job in one day and made sure that all debris was completely cleaned up. Because I needed roof leak repairs inside my house, Carolina Storm Roofing brought in Joel and his crew to repair and repaint my ceilings. Again I was impressed with the professionalism, speed and quality of their job. What a pleasure to have worked with a company that lives up to their promises!!

Great local company. Scott and his crew replaced our 30 year old roof in one day. He gave us very valuable recommendations on our house. The price was fair and better than the other quotes we got. Highly recommend.

Paid to have roof and gas exhaust vents replaced, and my house was left with carbon monoxide issues. Roofers broke off section of elbow turning vent for furnace to exterior vents and the outside vent couldn't be raised above the roof leaving it almost fully in the attic. Heard them say "It's not like she's going to use it any time soon" but didn't realize what was transpiring at the time.
Later found out the vent pieces for the water heater were taped to hold them together--pieces weren't the same size. When I called to discuss with Scott, he told me to call my HVAC Company but quickly texted his contribution, later called a "gift", would only be $200. So he'd contribute to the trip charges but not to fix what they had left unsafe. I paid him more than that for the vents and have now paid over $1,200 in addition to the roof to resolve the carbon monoxide issues. Also found beer bottles in my recycling bin late in the day. I called Scott immediately concerned and asked if there was any chance the roofers could be drinking? His response was that it'd happened to him once and asked what I wanted him to do. A homeowner shouldn't have to tell him what to do--find out if they're drinking and if they are , get them off the roof. That's when I realized that Carolina Storm Roofing has no crews and Scott believes he has no responsibility for what they do or don't do. He was only scared that if they were questioned, they'd walk off the job. Asked Scott to reimburse me, even suggested he and the roof supervisor Francisco share the costs or have his insurance (if he's licensed and insured) pay them. He responded in his normal berating way, saying my house was not left unsafe and implied that I'm lying. Just because I haven't turned on my heat this summer doesn't mean it was safe how they left it.

I chose Crawl space brothers because they gave me an estimate for the work we wanted done without trying to upsell us as other companies had done. They made the process very easy, showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done. Everyone we had contact with was polite and professional. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the completed work on my crawlspace. We chose to go with encapsulation and humidifier, as our crawlspace was staying wet most of the year. Joseph presented a plan and we felt the price was very reasonable for the work that was being done. Kenny and his crew finished this past Friday and my crawlspace looks amazing. Barrier on floor fits snug and all the work is quality and neat. Trevor completed the walk through with us and explained everything so well. Highly recommend this entire group for their professional quality work.

Crawl Space Brothers encapsulated our crawl space and did a very professional job - it’s now neat and clean and set at the correct humidity levels. The crew was friendly and reliable, arriving on time and working diligently to get the job done. It was obvious they enjoyed working together, had the experience and expertise to do the job right, and adhered to highest standards of quality and care. The project manager was extremely communicative, forthcoming, responsive, and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Crawl Space Brothers for crawl space encapsulation. They did an excellent job.

We used this contractor for our crawlspace and these guys are great! From Matt’s first visit to provide an estimate until the job was completed, we experienced nothing but professionalism and timeliness. We had moisture in our crawlspace of our new home and the builder grade vapor barrier was useless. Since our home is new and the foundation was properly sealed and drainage was installed properly around, all the moisture in the crawlspace was coming from the dirt under the vapor barrier. Rather than up-sell us on a full encapsulation, Matt recommended we just improve the vapor barrier and install a large space dehumidifier. This saved us thousands by not overdoing it. They installed both for us after removing the cheap builders grade vapor barrier. The installers were very professional and clean…and they did an excellent job of cleaning up all scraps and debris before leaving. We hardly even knew they were down there working because they were so quiet, too! Now our crawlspace humidity is maintained at 50 - 55% and the dehumidifier they installed seems to have corrected our issue. But, just in case, they have also followed up with us a couple of times to make sure that the work they did was sufficient. One of the follow-ups was a visit by their project manager to make sure the installation was done correctly and that the dehumidifier was working properly. He also told us what to do if we ever have an issue and thoroughly explained all the error codes we might see if the dehumidifier ever fails…including an overview of the 5 year warranty. I can’t recommend CSB enough! We extremely glad we hired them! Scott D

I reached out to crawl space brothers to repair my issues with the crawl space. They sent out Isaac and after inspection he set up the crew to come out for the repairs needed. Will, Devin, Tony, and James done a fantastic job. Respectful, clean and fast workers. They answered all of my questions and I am fully satisfied. I 100% recommend this company for any crawl space needs.
