Unprofessional and lack of follow-up. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received the official quote. Matt cancelled the first estimate visit a half hour before a scheduled time we made a week in advance. He did ballpark the estimate 3x higher than what I had the job completed for.

My first experience with them about a year ago at our rental property was great! So I called them back & now I wish I'd never heard of them. They came & gave us a quote at our primary house & I signed it accepting the work. There were issues with my getting the quote emailed to me but I kept leaving messages to get it so I could sign it! Then they kept trying to a schedule with us not being home & my husband said no he has to be there ( he has days off during the week). Finally got on the schedule & they never showed! I left messages & no return call. After 3-4 MONTHS... we get a call from out of the blue about the work. My husband said yes go ahead. I'm skeptical ...the morning of...well time goes by & NO SHOW OR CALL. I call them & at first its voicemail. Sarah picks up later on in the day & says oh let me check. Calls back & says an emergency happened & they wont get to us until Friday! Well when were you going to tell my husband who has been waiting for over an hr now!!?? THIS IS STRAIGHT GARBAGE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE TOILET! I'm losing their number . hope they throw mine away too. I dont know what happened but this is not how you run a business!! I told Sarah I waa giving a bad review so dont bw shocked..nobody has time for this!!

Great tree removal service, saved the bushes under an enormous tree they brought down, no damage to them at all. Great job cleaning all of the removal debris and courteous. Will definitely call them back.

Very happy with the trimming of our Bradford Pear trees. For those that don't know them they are an ornamental tree that grows out of control and typically splits/breaks in high wind or storm conditions. Ours have been around for 20+ years and we've gotten use to them but they were one storm away from denting our car or breaking a gutter with a falling branch. Mark and team did a great job thinning throughout and shaping the trees, they looked great afterwards and at the same time were pulled back from our house/driveway and thinned so that only the stronger branches remained.
