My siding is coming apart and falling off, I have reached out to southern industries several times to honor the warranty, my windows and gutters are great but the siding needs more work, its been almost a year and I’m starting to think this was several thousands in the trash, I may have to get the news and legal assistance .
Tony was great. He was prompt and had a nice attitude. He went thru all our options and helped us decide what we needed. He went step by step thru the process. We were very pleased with the whole process.

Gary was very thorough and explained everything in detail about the windows that Southern Industries Home Improvement offers. He was very courteous and kind and we learned a lot and enjoyed the presentation. Gary is down to earth and was so knowledgeable. He knows what he is talking about. They were patient, kind, professional and overall very easy to work with. I am so pleased. Everything looks great and I am overjoyed. Everyone has been so professional and kind and welcoming throughout this process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. This is the company to work with!
Nick spent a lot of time ensuring we fully understood their product and how Southern Industries could fix our issues with our gutters. Their price is better than the competitors for a very similar product without the all of the sales pressure. I am looking forward for my new gutters to be installed so I won’t have to spend anymore time worrying about water damage to my home from the builders grade gutters that were originally installed.
