I really liked that she offers room by room cleaning - I just wanted specifically the bathrooms and kitchen done and she was able to do that for a reasonable price. She worked around my schedule and also said next time the dogs would be no problem to stay!

I was contacted by Clemons Cleaning Crew after they found my inquiry on Angie’s List for cleaning services. I needed a “Move Out Clean” on my townhome. In my initial inquiry on Angie’s List, I said I needed bathrooms, baseboards and appliances cleaned. When she called me to offer her services, she stated the items I requested via my Angie’s list inquiry were all services that she could provide. We agreed on a date and time, she sent me the contract via email and I sent payment of almost $200 (plus a tip!). They arrived promptly on the date we agreed on and they began in my upstairs bathrooms. This day was the final date of my lease and while they were cleaning we made a trip to our storage unit. We came back in less than an hour and they were already gone. That’s when we realized that although the 3 bathrooms looked good, they didn’t clean the baseboards or any of the appliances like we agreed on. I emailed her and she stated that she looked back on her notes from my original Angie’s List inquiry and realized that I did in fact ask for all of the missing services. She then stated she could come back the following day to finish the job, but for an additional fee. This was the final day of my lease so I had to be out of the unit. I stayed until 11pm doing all of the cleaning that they failed to do, with nothing more done on her part to rectify the situation or offer any refund for the services that were not provided. So basically I paid almost $200 plus a tip for them to clean my 3 bathrooms, that’s it.

Thrilled with the services provided by Clemons. We have a busy household with several dogs — they did a fantastic job with all of the pet hair/dirt and were incredibly flexible to work with our schedules. Would absolutely recommend Clemons cleaning crew.

I booked them to come while my husband and I were out of town for our wedding. We came home married and to a spotless house that smelled AMAZING! The sides of my house were so dirty and I didn’t know how to clean them. I’m not knowledgeable about that type of stuff. I had tried to clean the side of my house with some Goo Gone, Lime Away, Awesome, and a scrub brush. That just made the situation worse. I finally did some research and called. The sides of my house looks great now. I couldn’t be happier. I no longer have the dirtiest house in the neighborhood!! Very pleased, will go with this company again and refer to everyone I know!!!
