This was my first time using Kustom Kleaning. I have a party coming up and called them within only a few days of the date and they were able to fit me in which was such a relief. I had such a great experience with Rheannon! She was lovely, polite, and detailed oriented. I was pleased with my service!

Asked Kustom Kleaning for help to prepare my home for several guests. I focused on selected areas, such as out of my reach, taking too much of my time, and all my tile flooring. When Angela arrived, I was immediately taken by her thoroughness and speed of cleaning, her unwavering efforts of removing floor stains, and finally helping me in my own cleaning efforts so I could make full use of her time. On this day, I realized that I wanted Kustom Kleaning to help me on a regular basis with typical cleaning tasks. I will start with once-a-month and go from there. Kustom Kleaning is the best ever. Maria cleans our house once per month. She is very thorough, detailed and attentive to the entire house. She goes above and beyond to give us top notch service. We look forward to her coming each month. When we enter our home after she is done it smells and looks like a brand new house every month. We are very pleased with Kustom Kleaning and Maria putting in that extra work to satisfy our needs. I highly recommend Kustom Kleaning.

We had a remodel done in our house that covered everything in sheet-rock dust. It was more than we could handle in the time that we had to get it cleaned up for the holidays. I found Kustom Kleaning online and called them. The manager was very responsive and helpful in recommending more than a 'dusting' due to the amount of dust from the remodel. She recommended a 'Top to Bottom' clean, literally wiping everything from ceiling fans to floors and baseboards. She was able to get us scheduled for the following week. The crew was awesome! They were professional and did a super job, and all in just a few hours. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Never having hired a cleaning service before we didn't really know what to expect. They far exceeded our expectations all around. We will definitely consider having them back next time we need an all around cleaning or one of the other services listed. Great job!!

The team was fantastic! They did an incredible job with our home (which was no easy task). We have a fairly large space and wanted to bring Kustom Kleaning in for a spring cleaning. We opted to go with the Top to Bottom service and boy did they deliver! The house looks immaculate and the price was more than reasonable. We did several quotes within the area and opted to go with them for their value and customer service. Their response time, attention to detail and customer service really made them our ideal choice. Happy that we went them as their cleaning was even better than we could have imagined.

Raven was so thorough cleaning my car. I have an old car with cloth seats that were filthy, she only had four hours to work with. She asked me what was my biggest issue. I told her and she tackled it full throttle. Raven was also knowledgeable about cars which made her stand out even more… My car still needs a miracle🤣 so I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Thank you, Raven!!!

The level of professionalism blows me away; it is genuinely exceptional! Meeting the owner was a delight; she’s incredible and has assembled an outstanding team. The three ladies who cleaned our home were phenomenal! Their personalities are the best—they’re not just thorough; they go above and beyond. They make the whole experience comfortable and judgment-free, which can be rare when you get help at home. They’re incredibly supportive and offer helpful suggestions. Plus, they’re great with animals—my girls loved them! They took their time and did an outstanding job. This was our first cleaning with KustomKleaning, but not our last. Thanks to this fantastic company and team, we’ll continue this service! I greatly appreciate your hard work; meeting you all was wonderful, and I’m eagerly looking forward to next month’s visit!

I have never had such a good experience with a cleaning company! We paid for the 6 hour clean and these girls rocked it for our move out. Amazing work and wonderful service and communication!!! Will use again!

Where do I begin? These people are fabulous. We had them clean one of our rental properties after a move-out. The previous tenants must’ve been raised in a barn because they left quite a mess. This Cleaning company made everything look incredibly brand new, and they did it with compassion and care, never once commenting about how the people living there had left the property. They were professional, they were affordable, and I highly recommend them

We requested an after construction cleaning on Selma nc and calling it of service provided is already too good because basically they sweeped and washed the floors. This was not an heavy dusty situation it was better than many move outs. Inside of cabinets untouched, ceiling fans untouched, it was probably the worst "service" I've seen in many years. After presenting our complaint, sending pictures and requesting a supervisor to inspect the property they sent "girls to fix what was not done". How do you clean inside cabinets and fans and not clean what falls down???? You don't! By the way they cleaned the fans as a fix. That was it. We had to hire another company to do the job properly.

I had contracted this company for a cleaning service and they actually did a nice job they are hard working people and I’m glad to have met them they know how to do they job and I’m happy with the house clean

I hired this couple to install a fenced trash can enclosure for me. Eva was very responsive initially, scheduled within a couple of days and she and her husband did the job. Only 2 weeks out and the boards are already warped and splintered. I contacted Eva to see if they could replace the boards that were affected and first got silence then got the run around. They never show up to fix it when they say they will and seem to only want to get paid then disappear. Beware...if you have issues, they will try to avoid you. They are also known as Aguilar Fences.

We have used Eva for several things. She helped install our fence (which is how we were lucky enough to meet her!), as well as staining our fence. We then hired her to clean our house, and have been using and trusting Eva for the last 2+ years. She has great attention to detail when cleaning (we have a dog, cat, and two messy littles!). She’s also excellent at painting, and painted my daughter’s room. We don’t consider Eva an employee— she is like family! She is so kind every time we see her, especially with my two children! When she was painting my daughter’s room, we ran out of paint and I trust her so much that I left her with the monitor while my daughter napped and I ran to go get more paint! I just can’t say enough good things about Eva. Use her, you won’t be disappointed!!
