Was originally charged $220 wasn't happy with services and still paid out almost 150. Didn't have change. So Josh accepted $146. Highly disappointed

Veronica Reyes Is the friendliest cleaner I’ve ever had in my home. I literally hugged her when she was done. I told the scheduler as long as she is the person who comes to my home every time I will continue to have biweekly services from them.

It cost us nothing to be nice and she was nice and friendly and welcoming as I welcomed her in my home.

I reached out to multiple companies to get a clean only Sweepaway responded in a timely fashion. The prices are reasonable and the service is above and beyond what I expected! Veronica was passionate about her work and it showed!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Karina and Josh did a fantastic job. Prices were very reasonable, cleaning was completed in 4.5 hours, and when I came home the apartment was sparkling and my bedroom carpet looked brand new. I will absolutely come back to Sweep Away if I need house cleaning services again.

One of the best cleaning services I have ever experienced hands-down a 10 out of 10 cleaning process very fast and affectionate 10 out of 10 communication with price, recommendations, and time slots. They were able to fit me in the same day, Listen to my concerns, and didn’t over charge me when needing certain spots extra cleaned and scrubbed. they also communicate through text messages just in case you can’t answer your phone!! She is super friendly with us and the dogs! She is also super flexible as well.

Overall good attention to detail:
She pays attention to the high traffic areas along with the areas that don't have a lot of traffic too.

Small personal touches:
She does great with resetting pillows, folding the dogs blankets, and folding our paper products to show she pays attention.

Affordable:
The pricing is amazing and you guys beat everyone so that is amazing.

My massage therapist today commented on how great my kitchen looked! It’s all thanks to Mia of Sweep Away Cleaning Service. Mia cleaned everything-my counter surfaces, stove top, toaster over, refrigerator inside and out, as well as the kitchen sink. She did a fantastic job cleaning windows, got my shower looking like new again, and managed to get all the sticky castor oil off my now beautiful wood floors. No other way to put it:

I’ve used Sweep Away for a few years and have always been pleased with the service. Scheduling and correspondence are prompt, cleaners are thorough and respectful (I’m usually home working and they are always mindful of us working around one another), and the price is fair. Mio is fantastic! Highly recommend her for cleanings, she made my house sparkle again.

I have used this company a total of 5 times. First two times was excellent I couldn’t have asked for any better the last three times is extremely disappointing. They “cleaned” my living room,bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t even look like it has been swept and there was stuff all in my sink. I walked in took my shoes off and was walking barefoot and instantly my feet and dirt all on them. I highly doubt any of the floor was swept. I truly am not one to complain but when you pay $120 you expect things to be done right. Now I will have to go behind and clean.

The process was seamless, quick availability, and fairly affordable. Ashley was non judgmental and ready to help me narrow down the problem areas in my home. I hadn’t ever hired a cleaning service and was quite nervous how the process would go and was pleasantly surprised and I am so grateful for her help. I am disabled and hadn’t properly deep cleaned in over a year, she understood and made me feel comfortable having another person come into my mess. I have my next cleaning already booked. They also have organization by the hour, so don’t feel pressured to have your home completed “prepped” just let Josh know where your starting point is so they can make sure to set you up for a successful experience.
