Website has hours listed until 11. I drove 45 minutes out of my way. Arrived at least 30 minutes before Garden Center was said to close. Spoke to at least 4 different assiociate not only refuse to help me but also flat out denied my ability to Speak to the manager which I ask about 4 different times…about 9 of them has no problem standing in the middle of the aisle talking about smoking blunts and the “hoes” they so classically called the females in the life. I will be blasted this on ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIAS.

Walmart has changed almost all self checkout to 15 items. It’s a terrible way to punish honest shoppers. I will exercise other options and use Amazon as much as possible- I encourage others to complain.

I have a business account with them, I placed an order for pick up, supposed to be ready at 2:04 pm, I arrived at 2:40, it's 3:30 pm and we are around 11 cars waiting at the "Pick up & Pharmacy" area, and in 45 minutes only 1 car passed. This is ridiculous!! Besides that, the app didn't work either. I'll cancel my account today. It is not worth waiting for 7 items. Really DISSAPOINTED!!

Not enough checkouts open. Use self checkout. Maybe I can start stocking the shelves and unloading the truck. A company that big and can't pay enough people to come in to work. More money for the big dogs

Update due to owner response definitely is you check the pictures again. So your a liar on top of a poor worker . See photos of text messages where company number messages and says this is spectrum.

Poor quality of work. Actually had a kid with them that paid better attention to detail and had to show them a spot where wire wasn't properly buried on the previous time coming out. Also used a piece of shingle to cover the line that was above ground Had the nerve to ask me why I wasn't at work when I was there because I had to be. Due to on initial install they didn't do it properly. They are only burying lines 1-2 inches deep if not above the ground. They don't have a trencher for residential installs so they half ass dig them. Said that if the line get cut they will just get paid again to do it .Spectrum should be ashamed to contract them.
