The two man crew was on time , polite and got straight to work after confirming with me . They did a fine job and cleaned everything up when they were done.

Southern Homes and Lawn did a great job for me, very clean ,work very quick ,work efficient, fairly priced and customer service was great, we're definitely use this company again if needed. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

We have a beach pebble walkway and they were out last week and had my rocks all over my driveway. Sorry I don't have pictures. Hopefully it was a one off incident. Could someone please provide a schedule for mulching spraying etc. Forget Creek

Went above and beyond what I expected. Have hired multiple people over the past 3 years that were not dependable and after seeing the results from these guys it showed me the past work was not up to par either. They offer other services also and if the future work stays to this level I am locked in as a customer. Results and communication were above all in the past!

They did excellent work, very professional, and the cost was very reasonable. They installed a new storm door, repaired carpet and did several other minor repairs in my home. I highly recommend this company.

I live in Forge Creek, Clayton. I have to say your lawn crew are very fast-I didn't even seen them today (2-7-25). I don't know all the contractual workings, but if you are supposed to be here on Fridays, I would like to get reimbursed for today's work.

These guys have literally saved me on numerous occasions. Most recently, one of our toilets had a crack in the tank and was leaking water. The valve on the back of the toilet broke and I couldn’t turn off the water. My water main wouldn’t turn the water to the house completely off. I was facing a perfect storm and I was very concerned. I called Ryan at 8:00 at night and told him what I was up against. His response was don’t worry we’ll be there first thing in the morning. And by early afternoon, we had a new toilet installed and all of my concerns were gone. I am beyond grateful! Thanks AGAIN guys!

We used Southern Home and Lawn to do an extensive home repair and couldn’t be happier with the results. We purchased a home with a dilapidated exterior chimney that had extensive damage to the structure of our home. They were responsive, got us a fair quote very timely and were able to get on site quickly and execute a perfect repair. Ryan took the time to go over the seriousness of the repair and gave us pictures along the way to prove his explanations to be extremely true. He spent time with us going over design options of the replacement chimney and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Will be using them in the future for any repair work at my house!

It would seem to be a bad idea to draw ANY conclusions from the feedback this feedback form may provide. Thank you for the opportunity to feedback. That is welcome and refreshing, BUT, there was no announcement that you were going to be in the neighborhood for the first time, so many folks might not have even known what to look for. There has been buzz that the doggie bag receptacles had not been emptied and bags re-stocked. Personally, I would like to see (hear) electric trimmers and blowers instead of gas.

Ryan's team did a fantastic job reclaiming a yard that was difficult to maintain with overgrown bushes, old mulch beds, and spreading ivy. The team cleaned everything and gave the kids more safe running around space. He provided a detailed estimate and communicated with us during the multi-day project.

My experience with Southern Home & Lawn was phenomenal. I called them needing some blinds installed last minute. Ryan was able to come out to my house incredibly fast to measure, and scheduled to have them installed in no time. Marty did a fantastic job of the installation itself, even going the extra mile to get some blinds custom fitted for a unique window. 5/5 stars all day!!

So far so good! Ryan came out to quote a porch column replacement for me and before he left, I asked him about a few other things on my wish list. He spoke professionally and very knowledgeably about each job I presented. Long story short, I hired him for several jobs including the porch column (of course), a full rebuild of our deck including a pergola, a stone patio with a matching fire pit as well as repairing a vinyl fence double-gate that had broken. Ryan inspired professional confidence in his ability to get these jobs done the right way and in a reasonable amount of time. I’d hire him again if I ever needed a remodel or another addition to my house/property.

Very professional! Every discussion, plan, quote and appointment was discussed and followed up promptly with email and texts. Ryan is clearly an expert with his wealth of knowledge. The job was completed well and in a timely manner with Ryan walking the site and maintaining excellent communication regarding project status through completion. I will use this company again and would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job on the building of my new deck. Great craftsmanship ,neat ,polite work crew no complaints at all.Ryan is the best. Explains everything very informative. Would certainly use them again.

Fake company. Poor or zero communication. Contacted for leaf removal. Got back to me two weeks later. Were supposed to show up for the job, never showed- no call, email or text to let me know. no response after multiple follow ups.

UPDATE: My initial complaints were addressed. We're all good here. They did a great job.

The vines on the back of the fence weren't sprayed, the tree along the fence didn't get cut, and the foundation area in the back wasn't weedeated.

BUT they can get that the next time since I'm in a plan. My yard was a mess. The grass was super high in the back.

This first cut was excellent, especially considering that tropical storm Ophelia is moving in.

Next time I'm opting for it being bagged though, and I'll have them haul off that trash too.
