They Same nice until I paid to have dirt delivered to my home in Clayton but when he brought the dirt. He brought unscreened which was the wrong kind. I wanted screened top soil. Once he opened the truck door before dumping it, I hard clay like dirt mixed with big rocks , plastic bottles and tree stomps, I told him that not what I wanted and told him I'll pay any fee to take it back but he said " it's not my problem, take that up with the company " now i got 6 yards of trash in my yard .

I did not receive services from this company, however, they did damage one of my sprinkler heads while excavating a property behind our house and did not follow through with fixing it. They removed the broken head as well, how crazy. I can only imagine how inconsistent their services would be due to this experience.

Stopped by to get someone to come out and give me a quote. No return call, no one ever came out, nothing. I have a $10-$15 thousand dollar job. Must be nice to have so much business that you can just no call no show on that size job.

Customer service...good, price....ok. Product was not even close to what was described on the website. If you look on the company website, 50/50 soil mix is described as 50% topsoil, 50% potting soil. What I received was 100% topsoil with bark mulch mixed in it, absolutely 0% potting soil.

This place has been there a long time. If you're going to buy something and landscape supplies, support a local family owned business. Nowadays, everybody from out of states comes in and sets up companies. We got to recognize true North Carolina and businesses and support them so they don't fall through the cracks. A big corporations

Best quality in town, always nice and laughing with customers. Great with recommending solutions to your needs. You won't find a better value for the price. They make you feel like your part of their family.

Left a message and got a call back very soon after. They were very helpful in figuring out how much mulch I needed. I went and took a look at the variety of much they had. All of which looked to be good quality and much better than those bags from home depot or lowes. I purchased 3 cubic yards. I had expected I would be waiting at least 4 days for delivery but within 3 hours of payment they were unloading the mulch at my house. Great service!

Really pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the work. Scott was professional and made sure the job was done well, and Benjamin and crew left the area so clean and manicured. I would not hesitate to call them again.

These guys could care less about damaging your property! If you park at a business that they landscape for make sure to not park anywhere near where they will be working. Guys on the mowers will just cut right beside your vehicle with the guard up and blow grass, sand, rocks and anything else that he can run over right into the side of your vehicle! And if your windows is cracked during the hot days best believe you will have grass blown all inside your car! I would not do business with these idiots for nothing in this world!

Young man named Scott came out and looked at my dead trees this morning and spoke to me about what could be used to be The replacement..., he was on time pleasant. Just a wonderful representation of this company. Thank you so much !!!

Great prices. Easy access to everything as well as in and out for Large and small trucks and trailers. Definitely using these guys again.

Very rude while ordering, AND I got the Wrong Product loaded in my truck despite trying to tell the guy on the loader, then he drove just off.

I would highly recommend going to Triple R landscaping in Cleveland, they are great everytime! Happened to be out of the product I needed this time, I'll wait till they're in stock next time.

Me and my neighbor ordered 15 yards of topsoil sand mix to level and top dress our lawns. it was never screened full of rocks glass wood and garbage. It was more like fill. Gave me twice as much work I will never use them again.

Customer service could have been better! My husband has gone twice within the last few months and both times received attitude from the office and yard men delivering the product in his truck. Not sure if it is a racial thing as two white men in front of him were treated so nice today, but when he got up to pay the man, he was beyond rude to him. We all need to be kind and not be racist to anyone who doesn’t look like you. DO BETTER!

We had them branch off the main water line to make two different garden yard arms for garden watering. It's only been a couple of years and we've had to have a different company come out three times to make repairs. The couplings they used to branch off at each spot were garbage and failed. One failure cost us over $1,000 in water bill because we didn't notice it for a few weeks.
Of course they didn't answer the phone or return my call when I tried to get them to come fix it.
Avoid these guys. They will cost you so much money!

Went to get a couple of yards of something we liked and price was fair and service was good. Great local place to upgrade your landscape.

I am a little surprised by this company's customer service towards potential customers. I went there two days ago to inquire and purchase some landscaping rocks. Prepared to purchase a significant amount and the gentleman in the office was very dismissive obviously seemed bothered. He barely made eye contact with me as if I was bothering him as he was shuffling papers around. Never a smile or an appearance of wanting to assist. I asked him a couple questions, again rarely made eye contact, and he answered the questions very nonchalantly. Maybe it was a bad day he was having, but I certainly would not have this type of attitude greeting potential customers or as an initial contact. There was no way I was going to spend my money there and decided to go somewhere else to where the customer service was at least pleasant and welcoming. I even paid the next company $25 more for delivery, but I felt much more respected as a paying consumer.

Felix and his team did a fantastic job removing a tree in our backyard on short notice. His team was very professional and cleaned up well after demolition.
