Wow, Scott is amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable, a sweet man, very fair-priced and gets the job done! I had a few other businesses come out to quote the job but they said they couldn't do it due to our house being situated on a hill. Scott came out and said he could do the job, without hesitation, and he did! We had over 10 big stumps to be ground down and he got them done within 2 hours. Great Scott's Residential Services was incredibly professional from the first phone call to the final clean up. They were able to fit me in, day of, for a dryer vent clean out after our dryer stopped heating. They arrived on time, and explained everything clearly. The problem was more complex than we originally thought and although he wasn’t able to fully fix it himself, he gave us all of the information on how to do so and set us up with the best solution. Trust me! If you haven’t cleaned out your dryer vent… do it! My vent was filled with lint that was blocking air flow and making it harder for my dryer to work.
