5-Star Review for Foster Lake and Pond Management

Our community made the switch to Foster Lake and Pond Management about five months ago, and the difference has been night and day. We have five ponds throughout our neighborhood, and several of them had ongoing issues—persistent algae problems, fountains not working properly, and poor water quality.

Cody and his team came in and immediately took action. They balanced the pH levels in all of our ponds, repaired and unclogged every non-functioning fountain, and provided helpful, forward-thinking suggestions for long-term maintenance and improvement. Their attention to detail and responsiveness have been outstanding.

This is the third pond management company we’ve worked with in just three years, and there is absolutely no comparison—Cody and his crew are 10 times better than anyone we've used before. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely care about the health and appearance of our community’s ponds. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Foster Lake and Pond Management to any community or property in need of expert water management.

The tree service butchered my tree. I might have have it cut down because it’s cut so poorly. It almost look like they vandalized the tree. They knew they did a horrible job and still charged the full price. The guy that collected the money kept saying “ we cut it like we were told”. My advise, if they do any work for you, make sure you stand over them to be sure they do the job right. I would not ask them to pull weeds out of my lawn now that I know they’re quality of work.

I am very satisfied with service provided and the cost. They arrived on time and completed the job on time. Carlos also was very flexible and accomodating in providing some additional last minute services that were not in the original scope of work. I highly recommend Soto for tree removal services.

These guy are nothing short of amazing. This was the second time I used them to take down several huge pines in our yard. They used a crane going over main power feed because we have a creek adjacent to the right of way and the bridge wouldn’t take the weight. Hats off to the crane operator. That took a lot of skill. They topped each one to start and those were the size of medium size pines. They didn’t affect any of the neighbors yards and cleaned up when they were done. Impressive to watch them work. I would highly recommend Soto.

I had 2 large pine trees within 5 ft of my house. The trees never touched the house and they cleaned up everything before leaving. They even came and worked in the rain to get the trees down before a possible hurricane. I highly recommend these guys!

Responded to an emergency situation on a Friday before a holiday weekend when no one else would respond. Did an excellent job removing a very large tree limb that had fallen. The price was reasonable and they were very nice!

Had a tree fall on my car from a storm, Bill came over and helped clean up that tree. He then followed up and took 3 more trees out of the yard for me. He is a nice guy to work with, easy and laid back and more than reasonable with his prices.
