Things that are most important to me in a cleaning company are:
1. Low rate of turnover - I don't want a lot of different people coming to my house. This builds trust.
2. Representatives that are pleasant and courteous and want to know how you want your house cleaned
3. Representatives that solicit and welcome feedback
4. Thorough cleaning
5. Respect for my belongings (careful cleaning that doesn't cause things to get broken or damaged)

All 5 of these have been met with Carden Clean and more. They have cleaned my house 3 times now and I have been extremely pleased. They have gone above and beyond! I have attached pictures of my foyer light that had never been cleaned since we've lived in this house (it's unreachable without a special ladder). Chad and Amber cleaned it and replaced the burned out light bulbs for me. It was such a relief to get this taken care of! The thing is, I didn't ask Chad to do it, he offered to. I'm am very happy I chose Carden Clean.
