Triad clean team does a great job on my carpet especially on pet stains! Very professional and dependable

My experience with Triad Clean Team was all positive! They were responsive and quick to set up an appointment. The guys arrived on time and did a great job cleaning our old carpet. Best of all, the service was very affordable. I would definitely use Triad Clean Team again.

These guys were in and out in around an hour for 3 bedrooms. They did an excellent job and got the stains out of the carpet that we struggled with. The prices are good and they offer a military discount! Will definitely be using them again!

I can’t say enough how wonderful the job was that they did on my carpet. I had some really bad coffee scenes where my granddaughter had repeatedly spilled her coffee in the hallway. They got those up. I had some stains in the living room where we got a new puppy and it’s had a few accidents. They got those up. The carpet looks fantastic, they were very professional very nice. Great customer service all around. This was a fantastic experience. Great job. I will have them back.

5 stars they did a great job we had a leak from the roof and it messed up the carpet and you cant even tell it stained the carpet.

First, I got looped in with picking my own time online then I was told that there is a two hour window from the time I picked online. They didn’t give me a call back to an hour and a half after the time I picked to tell me that there was a cancellation so they could fit me in then I was told that I must have a certain amount of rooms cleaned as well as the minimum price that I could pay to have two rooms cleaned was 150. They refused to service me for the charge that I was told of 120. I just didn’t think it was fair after I booked and waited at home Which ruined my whole day and had to cancel. Had them don’t do work for me before. But will never use them again

They did a great job cleaning my carpet last year and are very reasonably priced! I plan to bring them back to clean my carpet and my furniture soon. I highly recommend them!

I called them when my dog had a horrible accident on the carpet. They were able to come in 30 minutes and did a fantastic job. That carpet is old and now has new life! No signs of the stain or any odor at all. I couldn’t be more pleased! I will call them for my regular carpet cleaning from now on.

The Triad Clean Team helped me with my parent's carpet. I called them with an absolute mess on my hands and they arrived within 45 minutes of my call. They were polite, professional, compassionate and completely non-judgmental of my situation. I couldn't be happier with their work. I thought for sure we would need to trash the carpets and instead they look like new. I would 100% recommend them.
