I would definitely use Affordable Clean Exteriors again! They were quick to respond and gave me a very reasonable quote to pressure wash our house. The house looks great and we are very pleased with their service!

9-17 & 18-2022 My property was in bad shape, weeds that tried to grab you as you walked by, overgrown bushes in the front yard and a fallen tree in the back yard. The concrete in the front and the back was dirty it looked really bad. I found Chase cutting grass in my neighborhood. He came and made my house the best looking house in the neighborhood. The best job ever done before. My neighbor came by then left, she thought she was at the wrong house.

I saw Chase doing some work in my neighborhood and hired him to clean a vinyl rental house of mine that had not been washed for about 5 years. It is located under trees and was quite dirty. He arrived on time and did a great job! The house, windows and concrete look great. I hired him to clean a second house today. His prices are reasonable. Rick at Candleberry LLC

I hired Chase with Affordable Clean Exteriors to clean my gutters and pressure wash my house. They did a great job. They were on time (early actually) and very professional. They bagged all the leaves and dirt from the gutters and took it with them. The house looks so nice now! I didn’t get a lot of before pictures but trust me when I say it looks so much better. Highly recommend!!!

Called & texted Alberto multiple times to come mow. No communication = me finding someone else. I guess he doesn't want/need my money.
I do not recommend anyone who doesn't reply in a timely manner. PS, I contacted him about a month or 2 prior to now. I thought it was a go. I do not recommend him to anyone. Poor business ethics. 🦵💢💥💯%

Professional, safe, above and beyond kind to make my life easier and safer for my kid by trimming a tree over a power line and cutting down poison ivy/vines. He has helped my next door neighbor with lawn care(beautiful and clean work), does a great job and will be helping my other elderly neighbor at a great price. I will use his services at every house that I have from here on out and recommending his team to all of my friends. 10/10 recommend!

King Green always does an excellent job with their fertilizer and other seasonal treatments on my lawn. Have used them for about 10 years and would highly recommend.

Joe did a great job on my yard today. I wasn’t home but my husband was and they had a conversation. Joe explained everything that he was doing and he was going to come back and do some more to correct some of the issues coming from all the heat this year. King Green is a wonderful company and I have never had any issues with them.

Randall did a great job and was vey meticulous on spraying every single part of my yard.

The technician did a good job. I would like the technicians to knock at the door so I know they are here before they start spraying.

Adam showed up early this morning and did an excellent job after walking the yard with me. It is reassuring to know that he will be the primary technician servicing my yard moving forward.

Jeremy K always does a thorough job and takes the time to discuss the treatments and answer any questions I have.

We have now had several treatments to our yard and thus hiring a professional grass company, our yard does not look significantly better. We still have several patches with no grass. I would think with this service that we would be seeding areas that do not have grass growing. The technician is great in that he shows up and sprays the complete yard, but I feel that there should be some level of assessment and initiative taken to be ensuring that the treatment is effective.
