Good Morning. I’m sure the service is on point. However, It was very alarming to wake up to someone walking through your yard at 7:10AM.

William was great! He listen to our concerns and addressed them during the visit. We are truly impressed with his work ethic and diligence.

Gamaliel was very helpful in providing the scope of the service to be done that day. He was respectful of my property and ensured my gates were closed properly. He provided recommendations for upcoming fall seeding and listened to my concerns. Great customer service from Gamaliel! Thank you!

Representative that serviced our yard didn’t even pay attention to the house number. He serviced my neighbors house that doesn’t even have King Green and then marked the service as completed.

The real question is how fast it takes for them to ask I edit this post. I’ve emailed and I’ve left a review. Which one will they respond to first?

I had horrible experience with KingGreen customer service and their service. Technician didn’t finish the work and he had to come back after 6 days saying he didn’t complete the job so he had to come back. I called customer service and they first lied to me saying they sent the technician for free to do the job and we didn’t charge you for that. I asked why he had to come back two times to finish then the other lady said that he ran out of chemical so he had to come back - so this tells how they lie and make fool to customer and top of that when I called to raise the concern the lady hung up on and both ladies were very rude. I’d not recommend anyone to signup with such company who has very poor and horrible customer service and overall service that we pay for. They charged me for the service that they didn’t complete. Horrible company and service.

I’m grateful to have Gama oversee my lawn care. He’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and consistently keeps me informed about the steps he’s taking to ensure my lawn receives the attention and care I’m looking for.

Since I started my lawn treatment with King Green, my grass has improved 100% its texture, sickness and general appearance. As long as the lawn treatments continue to be affordable, and their lawn specialists continue doing their job, I will continue being their happy satisfied customer!!!

Used King Green services for about 15 months and now the grass is dead. Totally useless! I’ll now have to spend my money and time to reseed the yard. The worst part is they don’t know why it is dead. The neighbor’s yard without any work looks better than mine. It was a total waste of my money. Do yourself a favor and find someone who stands behind their work.

Randall was very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend him and King Green in general to anyone interested in maintaining a healthy lawn.

King Green has maintained my yard for about four years and so far my yard looks great. They do a good job with weed control and fertilizer. In four years no HOA complaints. This morning I got an aeration which is a big help for bermuda sod.

Randall is excellent at his job. He cares about my lawn. He takes it personal. He wants my yard to be the best in the neighborhood. The quality of the service he provides is tremendous. That is important to me.

Wyatt was courteous and professional. Explained what he was doing as this was his first visit to our home.

Burned the crap out of my lawn due to what appears to be a spreader issue. The tech should have noticed the heavy application of what appears to be a very heavy nitrogen fertilizer. This issue is clearly a case of not caring and just rushing to get to the next yard. All the burned areas still had an over abundance of fertilizer still sitting there even after multiple days of heavy rainfall. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home when the service took place and was out of town and came home to my great looking lawn with many burned spots. This is why I refuse to let King Green treat my yard in the warmer months as this isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this issue. KG may want to switch to a fert that has a smaller prill size so it dissolves faster.

Randall continues to be professional, proficient, and exceptional in his delivery of service to my property. His consistency is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend that you retain him as an employee. Btw, I really don’t want anyone else servicing my property.

Tony Always does a thorough job treating our lawn. We are lucky to have him!

Their technician sprayed my cars with some chemical causing damage to both cars clear coats and ruining some trim pieces. They refuse to accept responsibility and now won’t even answer my calls on fixing the damage they caused. Completely ignoring me hoping the problem goes away.

Edit: This review got the Charlotte branch manager attention he called but the call quickly fell apart and he resorted to calling me an idiot among other names, because I was arguing against his opinions on what happened with scientific facts. Terrible business ran by a nasty person that should never speak with customers.

Micah seems to genuinely care about the work he does. When he comes by he's always thorough and professional.

Gameliel M did a great service today. He noticed the stripes in my yard that were not supposed to be there from my last treatment and said he will be working hard to correct the problem!!!

They worked quickly and efficiently. They listened to my questions and gave me answers. I look forward to seeing the benefits of their work.
The performed "aeration, seeding and fertilization". It should be an excellent beginning, especially at this time of year, which I have been told is a Great time for these services.
They will be servicing my home approximately every 6 weeks, throughout the year. I will report again after I begin to see the benefits, which I have been told will take 4-5 weeks.

King Green tech Adam meticulously spread the weed control product across our yard. Moreover, he was most respectful in his response to my question. He is a great example of the outstanding customer service we receive from King Green.
