I was so happy with the power washing service and the wonderful customer service from Sloop Pressure Washing. After finding the company on goggle search, Cameron returned my call the same day .He scheduled my work within a week. My patio was a mess from my husband's attempt to re-sand the patio. Cameron immediately assured me that he could take care of our problem. Cameron was very professional and careful, returning my patio to looking like a new patio!
He also cleaned our driveway and sidewalk and I am so happy with how it looks. He made sure I was satisfied with the results when he was finished.

Had my house cleaned (soft wash) and they did a great job! House looks great and they even sprayed down the plants and hedges to remove any cleaning solution even though they use plant-safe cleaner. Going the extra mile. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Sloops came out and did Our home and a small outbuilding and did a wonderful job. Something that would’ve taken my husband a day and a half to do and not very well. They were able to master less than two hours. They were prompt, fast, courteous, and we will definitely be using them again. Our home is on a very busy road and we get a lot of dust and road pollution on our home. It was nice to be able to sit on my front porch again and not feel like I was covered in pollen and dust.

Great customer service, easy to schedule and they did an amazing job! We had mildew on the side of our house, spider webbs under our porch, and dirty windows. They completely cleaned everything and it looks great! I absolutely will be using them again in the future.

Sloops Pressure is so awesome! I have an all brick home so they cleaned everything else, all trim, windows, garage door, a large front porch, deck floor and deck rails that had heavy mildew stains every. It looks like our house has been painted everything is so white! I would highly recommend using Sloops, on time, never felt like they rushed through anything, very experienced and professional in every way!! And they use low pressure cleaning and washing.

As an insurance agent, I help my clients with referrals for various issues quite often.
One of our writing companies advised that my client needed a "soft wash" of their roof to remove streaks, mold, and mildew. I referred Sloops to the client and the job was set for last Monday. Around the time of the appointment, I received a call from Cameron advising that the roof was in great condition and the work was not needed. He then proceeded to send pictures showing none of the issues the company had stated.
This company could have "completed" the job and no one would be the wiser but they showed true integrity by doing what was right for my client.

I called to get my patio & front porch pressure washed, thinking it would be the following week. Cameron, the owner quickly replied Two hours later, Cameron was here to pressure wash. It was on his way home & he kindly took the time out to stop &
do this small job for me. Again, this was a Saturday. Most companies would have pushed it off until the next week but not them!! Outstanding customer service and the work was awesome. If Google had 10 stars, I would certainly give all of them!!!

Sloops Pressure Washing cleaned our paver driveway. Cameron came immediately to inspect our driveway that had many oil stains from delivery trucks and we had the estimate the next morning. The estimate was a fair price and the work was scheduled promptly for the following week. Cameron and his crew arrived at the time indicated and did an awesome job cleaning our paver driveway. Our driveway looks the best it has looked since it was installed over 12 years ago. We highly recommend Sloops Pressure Washing!

Cameron, Matt and team did an amazing job on cleaning my house, porch and deck. Very very easy to deal with from quoting, scheduling and then today performing the actual cleaning. Everything took less than a week. I would highly recommend them for your exterior home washing needs!

Installed an unbelievable experience for Halloween and Christmas. Call them seriously.

On June 10th, 2022 Mr. Sloop and I contracted to pressure wash portions of my home and two metal buildings. Within a few days, he showed up and washed all but a concrete pad and the lower portion of a metal-stained building before running out of water. Mr. Sloop said he would be back in a few days to finish the work. Based on his many positive reviews, I foolishly paid him for the entire job before it was completed. But, again he returned and pressure washed the concrete pad but failed to wash the bottom of the stained building as agreed upon. On 6/27/22, he was notified about the unfinished work. On 7/1/22, Mr. Sloop called and told me he had a very busy schedule but would work me in on 7/27/22. However, on 7/27/22 Mr. Sloop's office called to cancel and said they would let me know when they could reschedule. On O8/11/22, Mr. Sloop messaged me that he had scheduled my job to be finished on 8/12/22. I called him back and told him not to come because I had waited a month and a half and assumed he wasn't coming and that I had made other arrangements to have the job finished. He apologized for the delay and offered to send a refund for that portion of the work that was not completed. On 9/6/22, I called Mr. Sloop to let him know that I had not yet received the refund. On 9/9/22, Mr. Sloop returned my call and again assured me he was sending a refund. On 9/19/22, I left another message that I was still waiting on the refund. No reply was received. On 10/6/22, I called Mr. Sloop and again asked him about the refund. He said that the refund had been written and was ready to be mailed out and if the postal worker had not yet picked it up, he would get it and personally deliver it to my personal residence in the first part of the coming week, which would have been 10/10/22. Of course, he never showed up. Since that time, I have left many, many texts, voicemails, and emails, to which he has failed to respond.
To me, it's all about principle, not money, since the amount of the refund is very small and insignificant compared to the unprofessional and unbecoming behavior, of a "so-called professional businessman", that was exhibited by Cameron Sloop. He should have never offered a refund if he had no intention to follow through on his commitment. DON'T PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED!
