Needed a tree trunk removed from within the rear yard deck, and despite it not being an emergency, they came out the next day, a Sunday, in the morning (today) and had the entire thing taken down in under 20 minutes.
Fast response, friendly service and flexible scheduling. And it was reasonably priced too.

Gave a quote to my elderly parents for $1500 for a tree removal. However, he only wanted the tree and would not take the branches, suggested he drag them across the yard to an established burn pile, stating it would dig up the yard. My mother said she would talk to her husband and called the next day to tell him they would not need his services (too expensive and not the removal they requested). The person on the phone raised his voice to my elderly mother stating she said she wanted the service. When she tried to explain she had to speak to her husband, he again raised his voice to her. She hung up the phone.

Dale gave me an estimate to remove the huge tree that had fallen in my backyard yesterday and did the whole job himself within three hours. He cleaned up too. His fee was very reasonable and was worth every penny of it. I will use him again if and when the need arises.

Hinson Tree did an incredible job in a very precarious situation. The job needed a crane to do properly, but there was no way to get the crane in a position due to the layout of the property. He was very cautious with how he took the tree down and came up with a plan on how to keep anymore damage from happening. Very professional and fair priced.

Removed several trees and left the lawn clean. On time and kept me updated on when the work would begin.

Dale gave me the best estimate, came promptly and did a fantastic job! I had very tall, dead tree in my back yard that was difficult to get to and difficult to get down but they got the job done and cleaned up afterward. I recommend them highly.

Had a large tree fall over my fence into a neighbor's tree two days before New Years day. Was concerned that this would take out my fence during removal, so wanted someone that would have the experience to take on this task. Had a couple of estimates done and selected Hinson Tree Service for the job after speaking with Dale. This was not an easy project as there was no way to get any of his trucks or lifts back into the area. This was all done by climbing, rigging and sawing the only way possible, by hand. They came out on New year's morning and got it cut away. They did a great job and my fence didn't get mauled, not even a scratch. Hauled the tree out and left the back yard cleaner than before. Will definitely call Hinsons again for any future work.

Dale was fantastic in coming out super fast to help us with a rotting tree. His team did great work in cutting the tree down and cleaning up so that our yard looked back to normal.

Dale was very responsive. I appreciate someone who keeps their word and does what they say they are going to do. Trees were done very quickly on the day he stated he would get them done. Was glad to have someone prefessional do them as one was near my neighbors house and the other had been struck by lightning. He removed our huge Bradford Pear that was planted too close to the house. He came out the same day I called and had the tree down within the week. He was professional and did quality work. His price was better than most. I will definitely call him back if I need a tree removed in the future.

I have used Hinson Tree Service for around ten years and always had relatively good service. This time I did NOT. I called Dale to take down a dead tree between me and my neighbors house along a fence line. Dale came out and gave me a price for $2,000. and I gave him the okey to proceed. Dale told me he could remove tree in around one week - But then Dale delayed this. I texted him when he planned to remove tree and he told me Friday and wanted to get paid immediately afterwards. I told him I was boarding a plane Friday morning to go see my day that I had planned for around three months and would pay him on Sunday when I was back home. He proceeded to get aggressive with me and wanted payed BEFORE he did the work. I told him no and I would pay him on Sunday. He then told me he would pass on this job. Over the period of ten years I have paid Dale and his dad over $25,000. so was surprised with Dale's response.

Hinson Tree Service has done a lot of work for us. They are quick to respond, professional, personable, and great prices. They also do not try to up sell or try to get you to spend money uselessly.

Had two trees cut down and everything went as scheduled. Showed up the same day I called and quoted me a fair price on both trees. Scheduled days to do the work and showed up on time. My biggest concern was damage to my lawn and Dale took great care on minimizing any marks. Thank you.
