Everyone I worked with at Hi Tree was knowledgeable and very helpful. We had several large trees removed and stumps ground. Their price was also very reasonable to some of the other quotes we got.

We have used Hi Tree to cut down 6 trees over the last few years and we are always very impressed by their performance. Their crew is always courteous and their professionalism top notch. They communicate frequently and efficiently from the quote to the end of the job. Fantastic and efficient team . We had three trees that needed to come out in a fenced backyard. They arrived at 8 and were gone by 10 and all the excess was taken away and my backyard was clean. Prices were reasonable and they were careful about what trees needed to go and what trees could stay.

Norm was very communicative from start of job to finish, kept me informed of a delay (weather related) and promptly rescheduled. The crew arrived when scheduled and performed their job in a very well coordinated manner. They are fully insured and have top notch equipment. Work performed here was a tree removal and pruning of several other trees. Clean up was also immaculate. Price was reasonable. This was not my first time using Hi Tree and won't be my last. This was a perfect service throughout all touchpoints. The situation was a large complex multi trunk maple at about 90 feet. Trunk structure was twisted vortex with trapped moisture in between the trunks. Disease was spreading and the tree proximity to the house was only about 15 feet. The team is absolutely professional and likeable. Pricing was amazing. They were finished in only 2.5 hours. Perfect. Recommended.

By the recommendation of a neighbor, I called on Hi Tree to assess our tree needs. Norm came out exactly when he said he would and confidently put a plan together to remove 2 large trees that were in (what I would consider) difficult spaces. The quote came in a timely fashion and the cost was very reasonable.
These trees, once a source of concern to me, were certainly no problem at all for the Hi-Tree crew! They showed up on the scheduled day and completed this job in no time! Within minutes, a crane was in place and the saws were buzzing. The efficiency of this team was remarkable. They worked great together and after chatting with Edwin (who was first to arrive) and also Gabe at times during the process, and then watching all this from a safe distance, my anxiety calmed considerably as I knew that I had absolutely made the right decision in hiring them! The entire crew were professional in every aspect from arrival to final (thorough) cleanup!
They also do stump grinding which we ended up having done a few days later so a big shout out also to Jared who did a great job! He even blew off our deck and walk to ensure there was no mess left behind!

The crew showed up on time and made quick work of the job. They carefully took down the fence and managed to take down a huge Bradford pear between two houses without touching either house. The crew was incredibly friendly and informative of the questions I had. I would highly recommend Hi Tree for any free services you have. In a time when good service is often lacking, Elias and his team at Hi Tree were exceptional. The communication was tremendous - timely and thoughtful - and the price was very reasonable. We had a tree from a neighboring property that fell during a storm and landed in our yard, as well as our next door neighbor’s.
