Omega tree service did an excellent job taking care of our big rotting tree. I called Saturday and explained we had a tree we wanted taken down because it looked like it would eventually fall on our house. Phillip and David came out later that afternoon. Checked out our tree and said that's dangerous and it needs to come down. The guys were at our house first thing Monday morning to cut it down. They did a fantastic job, left the wood cut for us to use in our fire fit and cleaned up everything else. They did a great job at a great price. Definitely recommend these guys!

We had seven 30-35 foot cedar trees and three 10 foot removed from right next to the house. They felled each tree with care and EVERYTHING was cleaned up satisfactorily! I had a large damaged pine tree at risk of falling on my house. Omega came out the same day that I called. They performed enough of the work that same day I called in order to make the situation safe. Then they came back the next business day to finish the work. They were quick to complete and did a quality job.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Omega Tree Service. We had five large trees on our property that needed to come down. Three of them were very close to our home and were going to be tricky to remove. The crew came and finished the job in one day. They cleaned up everything so nicely. They also had the best price compared to another quote. David, Phil, and their crew were a pleasure to work with.

Ours was a tall order; taking down a high volume of very high trees to enable more sunshine on the property (and reduce potential hurricane risks).
Their sales Manager, Mike and the owner, Dave arrived in short order to provide an estimate of the work plus some recommendations.
They proposed a more than reasonable price for the work to be done.
They offered that they are fully insured and provided the proof of insurance prior to starting the job.

They arrived promptly; a team of 9; with all equipment needed for the job (they own their own equipment which saves on rental fees).
The proved to be a combined team of highly skilled climbers and non-climbers who did a beautiful job to remove limbs and trim along our properly and the street.
The teamwork and courteous professionalism was amazing.
They left the property and streets as clean as they found them; perhaps cleaner!

The men were excellent. My only problem was the length of time between the 3 services. What took 3 days of work really took 3 1/2 weeks to complete. I would get a call that a service would be the next day and they would not arrive. Your schedule needs to be accurate.

Two words to describe Omega - affordable and efficient. The team at Omega returned my call promptly, was out to my property the following day for a quote (which was far less than what others quoted) and completed the work two days later. I would not hesitate to use Omega again!

Omega Tree Service did an outstanding job for us. we asked them to for a quote to remove a couple of dead trees and trim up other trees. Their quote was competitive with others, and they completed the job within a week. They were professional and efficient leaving the property clean of any deb Debris. Omega Tree Service did considerable tree work for us in 2021. We were pleased with their professionalism and qualify of the service. When another tree problem cropped up, we naturally reached out to Omega first. Again, the service was timely. They furnished the right amount and type of equipment for the job as well as obviously well qualified personnel to handle the problem. When they left, there was almost no sign that there had been a problem or intervention. There are experienced tree service people in the family (but out of state) so we have some experience. Omega will be our choice if we again need assistance!

Great job! We had several trees and bushes to be trimmed. The team was professional, quick to respond and did a great job. They did not leave a mess either. They were fast to complete the work, no waiting weeks at a time. Work was done the next day. Don't hesitate to use Omega!

So two fellas pull up to our house in a white pickup truck and ask us if we need some mulch which they had left over from a job. We were thinking they had a little bit of mulch beyond what was required and they wanted to get rid of it.

Based on the attached photo, I think all they did was basically save themselves a dump fee after they felled and mulched to complete tree.

There will be a free mulch sign in our yard.

Sincerely, thanks for the mulch, though we weren't expecting a mountain of it. Ha!

EDIT: I have had to reduce my rating for Omega Tree Service because when it came time to remove the stumps of the trees they ghosted me. After nearly three months of "I'll be there next Saturday" they simply stopped responding.

I had to quickly take down three cypress trees on request of Union County. Omega got the job done quickly and at a great price. Site was cleaned up and they’ll come back to grind stumps if needed after the County does their work.
