Great job by Norm and the whole team at Hi Tree. Very professional from the quote and through the whole process of having several trees removed. One was very large and was in bad shape and in a difficult location. It was amazing to watch this crew and the efficient manner that they removed the trees. You could not go wrong using this company.

Have you ever hired a tree service company and the guys were kind of mean to each other , they are smoking, disorganized? I have in the past but now that I found Hi Tree service I will stick with this company for any future tree work. Hi Tree Service with Norm & crew always does a fabulous job with our tree trimming! We have a huge oak tree with dead branches but we really wanted to save the tree. They were able to go in and remove tons of dead parts, and the tree looks so much healthier after. They cleaned up well afterwards and also were so polite and patient, especially when they had to wait an hour for some cars to be moved before they started their trimming. Highly recommend them!

Hi Tree Service provided me with a very competitive quote to remove 2 large dead and dying trees from my yard. They were wonderful with communicating and scheduling the removal. When they arrived they were careful to make sure they were removing the correct trees. They were very quick and organized with the removal. When they were finished they cleaned up and removed all the debris. I definitely would use them in the future.

Outstanding service! We had a large tree removed + stump grinding, bush removal and tree trimming. Hi Tree was extremely professional, efficient and kind. It was so helpful to be able to communicate thru text. Miriam was quick to respond, kept us updated on when to expect the crew to arrive. Jesse, their foreman, was kind and professional, letting us know when the process was starting and ended filling us in on everything that was done! The operator for the stump grinding was also very kind. We spent sometime talking with him and reviewing the job that was done. We were on a tight deadline to get this tree removed and they went out of their way to squeeze us into their schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and got the job done! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

The crew from High Tree did a great job cleaning up limbs from some very large trees behind our house for what I thought was a very fair price. They had all the equipment to do the job efficiently, even working over a detached garage with no damage to the structure or fences below. They also cleaned up all the areas where they were working leaving the yard in pristine shape. Would highly recommend if you have any future needs.

Hi Tree was one of three companies I called to quote trimming some large limbs in my backyard. They were the only ones that seemed to understand what I was looking for. The price was good and they showed up on time. The crew was fast and efficient and did a fantastic job cleaning up. They did exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I will only call them for future jobs. I highly recommend.

Hi Tree Service removed two large oak trees that were located in a sensitive area due to their proximity to underground utilities. There were a few challenges that came up prior to and during the removal process. The team adapted and successfully completed the project quickly, safely, and with minimal collateral damage. This team works well together and it shows. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Hi Tree had previously done tree work at a townhome we owned. They identified the diseased tree, carefully took the tree down without damaging the unit underneath, and cleaned up afterward. I was impressed and asked them to limb up three trees at our current home. They did a great job, and I paid them by check. I subsequently received a check from them. I was unaware I had overpaid, and they made things right. They do good work and are good people. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. They were very professional and transparent with the estimate. They texted me when they were on the way and let me know who would be in my yard. Several workers asked my wife during removal if she had questions or any concerns. They were very polite and informative. Everyone was very respectful of my yard and did an excellent job on cleaning up the yard during removal and when they were done. They ground my stump too. When I smoothed out the shavings I found a few spots that need touching up. They came back out and touched up and now it looks perfect. Their price was better than the other estimates I got too. I had a great experience with them and I have already recommend them to friends.

We needed a Bradford Pear tree removed from our front yard. Hi Tree Service did an amazing job! Within 15 minutes they had the tree down, shredded, and everything cleaned up. It was so fun to watch! Each crew member had a job and did it well. I was also impressed with their communication and professional manners. I highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing... We had an old pine that we desperately needed gone... He was fast and efficient... It was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time... really great guy!

Called for an estimate to remove one large tree. Spoke to a gentleman who said he would come by and look at it. A week went by and I had not heard back from him. So I called back and spoke to a different guy who said he would check with the first guy. If he had not looked at the tree then he would do it himself. Almost 3 weeks ago and still no return call.
