I CALLED OMEGA ON 7/25/24, AFTER HOURS AND LEFT A MESSAGE. ON 7/26/24 THEY CALLED BACK, CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A QUOTE. ON 7/27/24 THEY DID THE WORK I NEEDED. THEY ARRIVED EARLY. THEY REMOVED A FALLEN TREE AND A LARGE STANDING DEAD OAK TREE. PROFESSIONAL JOB. I RECOMMEND THEM!

Very professional team. The workers were very accurate and quick and cleaned up everything. They had a hard job in my yard, 4 very tall trees to cut down and several others pruned. Great teamwork!! It was amazing !

The entire process from initial meeting to see what needed to be done to completion was perfect! 5 gold stars at least. I had numerous large, large trees to be cut and removed. Fascinating to watch such great teamwork. And to see the intensity and pride the team has in its work.

Removed 11 trees between 3 neighbors in one day! Their tree climbers were experts and controlled the drop of limbs. Had the equipment to mulch branches on location and remove logs. Cleaned up lawn and street before leaving. Would hire again!

Talked to Mike and David about removing a Bradford Pear and a row of Leyland cypress that have grown too large and have become a danger to the houses nearby. They had a great plan, sent the crews out on the day they gave, and left the area in great shape. Several days later, a crew came out to grind the stumps. I will use this company again!!!

They are very good and reliable company . I recommend them to anyone who is in the needs of an any tree services. The owner David is an excellent business owner and he is very good at what he does.

Professional and timely. The crew was able to SAFELY cut down and mulch up over 20 different trees in our heavily wooded back yard. Very happy with the work and their efforts it minimize the mess afterwards. Would use again if /when we need someone

Very hard working crew and after the tree was removed, they were extremely particular in making sure everything was clean and that I was not only satisfied, but happy with the work performed. Phil did a fantastic job cutting down a dead hickory tree for me. My call was returned promptly, he was able to get an estimate to me quickly and he had the tree removed, complete with cleanup before the others bothered to return my call. The price was very competitive too. I will never use anyone else should the need arise again.

The owners and crew were very courteous and professional. The work was completed in the time frame that was agreed upon. My property was left clean and neat. I would recommend this company and use them again.

I called Omega Tree Service in order to get a quote for removing several large trees. I left a voice mail. A gentleman called back the next day & left me a message because I wasn't home. I called him back a couple hours later - got the machine again, so I left details of what I needed which was a quote to remove several large trees - Never heard back from them. It must be nice to have too much business.....very disappointing.

Omega did a superior job. I was super impressed with their employees, their care for our property and how well they cleaned up everything.
When they left, you would never know a tree was even there, except for the ground up wood chips from the stump.

Phillip and David were very professional and punctual. They performed the work at a fair price and finished quickly. The yard was clean and they were very careful to move and replace a fence in order to access the back yard. I would definitely rehire them and recommend them.

What was done was excellent. The two young men who came and took down the tree could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. However, we agreed that the stump grinding would be included in the total $700 job, but it was not put on the estimate, and it has not been done. That part is not satisfactory. When someone tells me what he is going to do, I expect it to be done.

Omega showed up when they said they would - 1 st plus. They prepared access for their equipment with protective measures for our driveway - 2nd plus. They took the time to analyze how to safely remove a double trunk tree 10 feet from our deck - 3rd plus. They safely executed that plan efficiently and thoroughly - 4th plus. All debris from that day was removed completely - 5th plus. We were not sure the stump left behind was included until their stump grinders showed up a week later. They, too, made sure they understood our expectations and safely executed the grinding. They did a great, very thorough job in a difficult sloping area - 6th plus. Bottom line: 6 glowing stars rating!

We had a great experience with Omega Tree Service throughout the entire process of removing 3 VERY large trees from our downtown CLT backyard. Fair price compared to all of the quotes received and best of all, super nice management and crews! Climbers were impressive and the entire crew was Safe and respectful of our, and our neighbors, property.
