Mark really took care not to sever our internet/tv lines in our yard while grinding stumps and lots of roots that had grown around our irrigation lines. I would hire him again for sure! Nice, professional and very good at what he does!

Fast service. Great job. I wasn't there to meet him in person but set up everything in detail over the phone. Due to a special situation I was in, he made it out the very next day. When he and his wife got there, my wife told me they did their job professionally and efficiently. She also said they were down to earth, polite, and nice people. Will definitely recommend them to others.

I would recommend Mark's Stump Grinding service to anyone. He made the whole process very easy. He came out to give a free estimate, scheduled the visit, showed up on time and performed the work both proffesionally and in a timely manner. You won't be disapointed by using him.

Mark removed two stumps in an area where there were nearby
plants and trees. He installed protective barriers so that none
of the ground up stump chips would damage nearby trees and
plants. He performed the job quick, and he was very professional.
I highly recommend him for any stump removal jobs.

I have to agree with every statement made by others here on Mark’s Stump Grinding service. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe his work. Professional, respectful of the property he works on and the people for whom he is working, on time, very reasonable rates, cleans up after the job is done... Other businesses could learn from him in how to provide “above and beyond expectations” in customer service.

Randy Triplett came by shortly after I'd submitted an online request for a quote. The price was good and the work was very promptly completed with high end equipment. I found Randy to be a likeable and highly professional person to work with, so it seems that Mark's Stump Grinding has been left in good hands. I appreciate it!!!

Mark did a great job. Took extra steps to make sure no debris hit the house plus he wasn't about to leave unless I was happy with how things looked. Don't hesitate to give him a call. Highly recommend him.

Mark & his team arrived on time, gave us a more than fair quote and then removed nine stumps for us on the spot in under an hour. They used protective shields and left our yard in great condition. I highly recommend their service.

I will definitely be calling Mark again for future work. He and his team were punctual, responsive and professional. They ground up these annoying holly bush stumps that kept trying to come back after I had previously had them chopped down. Mark came to grind 3 stumps for us. His price was on par with another vendor but I liked that he was very responsive. They came in a few days and took care of the stumps very quickly. They used guards to keep the saw dust away from other parts of the yard. Mark is responsive, professional and overall nice guy. Would use him again.

We called Mark to help us remove three stumps 2 feet in diameter which were next to a neighbor’s fence and irrigation lines. We also wanted a smaller stump removed right above where our utilities connect to our house. Mark provided us with a fair quote to complete the work. We felt reassured using Mark from the numerous positive reviews. Mark was able to remove all the stumps with no damage to utility or irrigation lines. I am very pleased with the job Mark performed and would definitely recommend Mark to friends and neighbors.

I’ve had Mark grind stumps on 2 occasions and both times he did an amazing job. He’s also super reasonable on pricing. A few small pieces were missed the first time and he went back over them the second time for free. Will definitely hire Mark for any future stumps!

I received exceptional service from Mark. He was on time and they did an amazing job cleaning. They were even able to save my flowers that I planted to hide the stump. My wife and I needed 3 separate root systems/stumps removed from our yard and we of course were looking for a good balance of price and quality, (based on the customer service since pictures are not always available). We received numerous quotes that were astronomical, and of course those companies had terrific customer service. Then we received quotes from companies whose price was great, but after reading their reviews and just simply talking with them on the phone, we didn't feel comfortable with them doing the job. We wanted a company that took pride in their work, had great pricing, and was a pleasure to work with. We were reaching for the stars, we know.

Mark hit all 3 notes right away. We got a quote that was incredibly competitive, he communicated exactly what he was planning to do, he took measurements and didn't need us to be home at the same time, which was great, because we work during the day, and he was professional, personable and polite on the phone. Invoicing was a breeze. We sent payment via mail, and he was on his way. I can't recommend Mark enough.
