Good communication, got us on the schedule quickly, courteous and professional. The stump to be ground had multiple utilities very close to the trunk and embedded in some kind of the tree roots. They were very careful to not hit any utilities while still completing the task of removing the stump. A challenging stump for sure, but was done to our satisfaction without damaging the cable line for our home or the cable for our neighbors house! Thank you!

I contacted Stumpdaddys to remove a big Bradford tree stump in the front yard and Rik was very professional and helpful on the phone. He explained exactly what they can do and was very transparent with pricing. Another company had removed the tree and was going to charge us way more on the spot to remove the stump so we decided to not work with them. After hearing the back story, Rik set up an appointment for us right away. Greg, the lead grinder showed up two days later with heavy machinery. He was punctual, courteous, and communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend Rik and his crew, they are honest, professional, and get the job done well. Five star business for sure.

The initial phone call with Randy was great, then everything after on Greg’s side (doing the work) was phenomenal! He paid extra attention to nearby plants and sprinkler system as to not disturb them or any roots nearby. Overall, took 1 1/2 hours for 7 stumps. Couldn’t be happier!

Stumpdaddy's was outstanding. I called them this morning to take care of my stump and they said they would have someone out late this afternoon. Greg, the technician, came early (they communicated really well to let me know) and he left us extremely satisfied. We've had some bad experiences recently with contractors pulling out early and not cleaning up after themselves, but Greg was a professional and got the job done quickly and well. Randy is top notch. As a repeat customer I value him and his work. He is professional, on time and responsive to phone calls. He protects the surrondings( fences, houses other plants). His prices are reasonable and his equipment is in excellent shape.

Received a prompt callback and discussed the scope of the project and the potential challenges accessing the back yard through a pretty narrow gate. After confirming that the equipment would fit through a 48 inch gate, and accepting a very reasonable price quote, they came to do the work the SAME DAY.

Greg was fantastic! Very polite and professional. He put down mats to protect the grass and left no trace that the equipment was ever there. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

I cant say enough positive things. There should be more stars just for this service. I was pretty nervous about hiring a company to take out a massive stump that had a full trunk attached to it going off to the side. I tried everything to get it myself because I thought a company was going to charge an arm and a leg but finally I emailed StumpDaddys (On a holiday). The called me first thing next morning. Gave me a super affordable price estimate over the phone and came out to look at the entry to my backyard. Randy came out and told me that our fence would have to come down, which I was expecting. Randy was great and gave me the final price which was pretty much equal to what he said on the phone. He called someone to come out with a machine and then left. Maybe 15 minutes later, Greg showed up and took out our mega stump plus another little one. I was at work when this occurred. I anticipated coming home, fixing my fence and filling the stump void with dirt. But no, Greg put my fence back up, mulched that stump hole and did a fantastic job of leveling it out and this was all for no joke just slightly more than it would have cost me to rent a stump grinder from home Depot that I figured wasn't strong enough anyway. Shout out to Greg and Randy, wish I called long before I did!

Very professional experience would definitely recommend them if you need stump removal and also very fairly priced. The work I had needed an ingenious solution to get over a small wall and Greg came up with an ingenious solution to get the work done. Can’t recommend Stumpdaddys enough

What an exceptional experience!!! Randy provided superior communication about my appointment and work request and pricing. Greg provided excellent service that was completed by a true and honest professional (Greg was awesome), and quick turnaround! Could not be any happier with choosing StumpDaddy’s. Also, worth every cent after attempting a few DIY alternatives…stump grinding is a project where you should just pay the pros!
