Brad and Crawlspace Doctor were excellent. Competent, professional, courteous, and clean. It was clear at the outset that Brad had years of experience and was shooting straight - I loved that. I had already gotten several bids but went with Crawlspace Doctor with confidence - and they did a terrific job. (It didn't hurt that their pricing was great, too!). When a seam separated a few years later they came and took care of it without issue - they stand behind their work! I recommend them with no reservations.

Velazquez Painting and Home Repairs Built us a very high end screen porch off the back of our house. Completely it very quickly and for a fair price. Handled framing, electoral (6000 watt heater, fans, lights, outlets), trim, roofing, paint. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Velazquez painting for the last five years. Alfredo and his team had always been professional, caring, respectful and done a great job on time and as expected. They have painted, built cabinets, done electric and plumbing projects, put up granite and flooring for me in different occasions since I hired them the first time.
