Responsive and helpful, Gregory and his team are true professionals. Very nice job for both our HOA needs and projects in my own home.

My wife and I cannot speak more favorably of Gregory’s Construction, LLC who we contracted to complete a massive renovation project on my childhood home in Carrboro, NC. By us residing in Maryland, we needed a reliable and honest contractor we could entrust the keys to the property, as well as attempting to accomplish our renovation within our budget, and reasonable timeframe.

After reviewing multiple proposals, and interviewing contactors, Gregory’s Construction, LLC was our choice, due to their experience with all aspects of home improvement. Our project involved both outdoor and indoor renovations which entailed, replacement the roof, and removing rubbish, shrubby/weeds, three large trees, a concrete block foundation, and a concrete shed spanning years of no maintenance due to the property being unoccupied.

After observing the company’s specialized skills and management of the roofing project and yard clean up, we decided to further engage their services for the entire renovation project that included interior painting of walls and ceilings, restoration of a fifty-five-year-old original hardwood floor, installing tile in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, as well as replacement of toilet, sink, vanity, and countertop. The workmanship of Gregory’s Construction, LLC exceeded our expectations

Additionally, the primary reason for hiring this company was due to their trustworthiness and passion for getting jobs done to the customer’s satisfaction and expectations. This company also had the required tools, equipment, resources, and experienced licensed professionals to perform our renovation quickly and efficiently. Moreover, the owner and his workers were attentive to detail and displayed proficient professionalism.

Without a doubt, we will engage Gregory’s Construction, LLC for any future construction project!

Had these guys pour a concrete pad for my small commercial space. Every thing went really well and passed the inspections nicely, they aligned with my budget and overall im happy and satisfied.

Gregory came out to our home to evaluate what appeared to be a compromised roof rafter board which had me concerned. He not only took the time to explain why it was a structural non-issue, he also said the evaluation was free of charge. To me, that speaks positively as to the character of the individual / organization.

Gregory’s company was God-sent to my family when a large tree fell on the back of our house. He was so knowledgeable with home improvement options and precise in the level of workmanship. We will call Gregory in the future for more projects.

I just did two recent projects with Gregory and he was prompt, honest, and hardworking. His prices were fair and he did a great job and kept me informed of the process along the way. I would highly recommend him for all of your construction needs.

Gregory and team installed two new doors and put new vinyl siding on our front porch. They are responsive, fast, and do quality work. We had a delay in receiving our doors and they were super understanding of this and adjusted their timeline.

Gregory and his team did an awesome job on our project!! We needed walls, flooring and painting done asap and they were able to jump on the project right away and complete it fast for our deadline. Gregory and his team are AWESOME! We had a last minute Job that needed to be done and couldn’t find anyone that would give us a quote in a timely manner. Gregory got us a quote same day and started a couple days later. Loved the guys he works with because they actually talk to you and ask questions about your business and seem to actually care about who they’re doing the job. Definitely a long term relationship built after this !

We hired Gregory to build an accessible ramp and sidewalk. He was communicative and went the extra mile to go over plans multiple times, even meeting with our family on weekends. Prompt responses, quality work, realistic timelines, lots of patience, professional. I will definitely be calling Gregory for our next home project.

Awesome job by this crew! We had rooms that needed a fresh coat of paint for several years and Gregory's truly delivered. The team was punctual, courteous, considerate, and efficient. They have been our go-to company since 2021 and we'll be calling on them for the next big project.

Gregory’s Construction was so pleasant to work with and did an excellent job staining our cedar house and also built a new deck and staining it as well. They were dependable,, communicative, and diligent, great to work with. We’ve hired them for additional work.

Gregory was a very good choice for our new deck and an easy person to work with. He communicated clearly and promptly, kept us informed of progress daily, finished the job two weeks ahead of schedule and priced the job fairly. We’ll call him again!

Gregory and his crew did a magnificent job on my project. He took on my previous unhappy situation and delivered excellent service both in outcome and in suggestions. Very responsive and on the job. Very accommodating and helpful. A contractor you can talk to. You can tell he is an experienced person, from bathroom, kitchen, attic, exterior, deck and roof. Gregory was very professional, responsive, and did an excellent job on my deck repair. I have had a lot of problems with other contractors not showing up to complete a job. Gregory far exceeded my expectations by keeping constant communication and he was even able to get the job done ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!

Gregory's Construction LLC is very Professional and Personable. Gregory is very punctual in returning calls, texts and emailing Itemized Estimates to his customers.
He arrived to the house to be inspected before I got there. Gregory took the initiative to start inspecting the home. When I arrived; he was so down-to-earth in walking me through the process and sharing with me everything which needed to be done to bring the house up to standards. He was very open to answering any questions that I asked him. Gregory was attentive to making sure I understood and if I had more questions about the Scope of Work. Gregory welcomed me to contact him if I had further questions.

Replaced 4 rotten wood dormers over windows. Next day service, courteous, an excellent craftsman.

Gregory's replaced my roof, total rebuild. They answer the phone, show up, and do exactly what they say they're going to do in a timely manner. They have made my stressful construction and renovation situations a lot better and I will absolutely use them again for anything and everything else I need moving forward. Thank you gang! After several attempts to get quotes to paint and repair hour home, we called Gregory’s Home Repair to get a quote to paint our home. He responded right away and provided a quote to paint and power wash our home. Once I gave him the ok to start work he responded right away with a schedule to start working and a time frame to complete the work. They worked with us every step of the way and completed the work on schedule. The work that was done looks great and they did not cut corners. Great job!

We knew Greg's team from my neighbors' referral. They did fantastic jobs for my neighbors and me. Greg is very proactive and communicative. He likes to text me everyday to ask me if I have any questions or concerns which makes me feel respectful. The team members Pablo and Oswaldo are the best guys in the world. Rock!! They worked very hard. Take care of everything in detail. They are really polite, gentle and professional. The exterior painting job is awesome. My siding walls are original and haven't been painted for 17 years. The guys caulked and fixed all siding walls carefully. They also protected the bushes and stuffs before painting. My family really love the new walls!! Pablo also helped fix my window frame damaged by leaking problem. The new window frame is refinished with Pablo's magical hands. Can't be more pleased with Pablo and Oswaldo.
