I needed my whole deck rebuilt and Gregory came along and built us a beautiful deck and I couldn’t be happier. His team was professional and showed up on time they also took good care of my houses surroundings. I would totally recommend this company for any outdoor projects as I will be using them again.

Gregory's just completed my third project. Their painting is superior. His team has a variety of construction skills. They worked with me to resolve numerous over due repairs; remodeling bathrooms and kit, replacing damaged subflooring, refinishing ceilings, etc. His workers are respectful and committed to satisfaction. I highly recommend Gregory's for paint and construction repairs.

Have had Gregory fix a few issues now, adjusting and air sealing misaligned doors, replacing water damaged drywall, repainting, and replacing a rotted patio door. He and his team have always been quick and responsive.
Very insightful when identifying and explaining the underlying cause of issues.

Don’t. Just DON’T. Consider yourself WARNED!!

I would give a zero if I could. The cost, timeline, and everything important to a rehabber or developer was waaay off. The complete disregard for cost and timeline destroyed the project's financials. I would not recommend.

We have been getting the run around with Gregory. He says we have submitted to the city for permits and nothing call the city and they have nothing for our address. This process has taken over 2 weeks just to get it submitted. We have paid $2700 for $500 plans. Now we are out $2700 and are from square one. I do not recommend using this company.

Did an electrical job for Greg, sent the invoice after we passed inspection, he haven’t paid, not answering my calls or text. Proceeding to legal action, be careful with this guy

Don’t risk it.

Gregory took a lot of money from our family and didn’t complete even 25% of the work. He isn’t licensed. Unfortunately we’re going to have to sue him to try and get part of our money back. Learn from our mistake and find someone else.

To the Gregory’s Construction rep: No. You know that’s not true. Luckily we have all of the documentation to prove it.
