I used MSS -Ortiz services when I had a new Pool pump installed. State and County requirements required an Electrician pull permits and install the new pump to ensure it was properly wired and grounded. MSA was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. The main issue I had was with the County's red tape and the week delay in issuing the permit after MSS had requested it the same day I hired them. Matt came out to the site originally to look at the project the same day I called him. He was also on site to ensure the County's Inspectors concerns were addressed immediately. I would definitely use their services again.

They charged me $532 to lay a 125' wire into a trench that was already dug by someone else, and connect one end to the box outside the house, and the other to a light bulb and hang it inside a barn.

Have worked with them multiple times now and they are consistently great to work with. Their staff is helpful, timely and always make themselves available when needed! Would recommend them!

We had a screened in porch added on to the house and Luke came out to install the wiring for outlets and fixtures. Was very professional and the work turned out great. Even had the time to trouble shoot a couple of problems I was having inside the house.

Ashley and Hunter worked quickly to trouble shoot at repair or replace fixtures, switches, dimmers, chewed through wires in the tight crawl space under the house. And they were very polite and pleasant. I called on Friday and they came in Monday. Everything works now! We are very happy.

Couldn't have been a better experience, highly recommend! Tim was able to do a same-day emergency repair and replacement on a kitchen outlet whose wiring had melted. He thoughtfully installed GFIs for safety and in a way that ensured our microwave wouldn't trip the circuit and cut power to the refrigerator. Showed up exactly when he said he would, was professional and courteous.

Called Brandon and the work was completed all in a matter of days first call to job done. Good pricing compared to other quotes I got. Ray and Shane did great quality work and very professional and friendly. Will use for my next electrical needs!

These guys are the absolute best. I called a recent afternoon with what could have been a major problem and they reassured me and told me how to deal with it overnight and came the very next morning in spite of their very busy schedule. Tim and Chad were knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and so helpful. The problem turned out to be very simple. While they were here they quickly took care of a damaged outlet in another room, the kind of job that wasn't important enough for me to have someone out to fix on its own. I want Braco Electric to be my electricians forever!
