I appreciate the excellent customer service I have received from those working the sales counter, the management, and those who have made deliveries on my jobsites a couple of times. Also kudos to there fantastic tools and supplies displayed in and around there sales counter.

I called City Electric to see if they had a hard-to-find strain relief bracket for a 4-wire dryer cord. Todd was very helpful on the phone, and after he assured me that City Electric employees would be wearing masks - which is an essential requirement for me - I came in. When I got there, Todd helped me right away. While he couldn't find the exact part, he was willing to take a part off an existing cord set. He patiently let me video him showing how to retrofit it. When it came time to pay for the part, he told me it was on him! The least I could do is let everyone know what kind of service I received at City Electric. You can be sure that they will be my first stop for electrical supplies from here on.

The customer service and help I received from John was phenomenal!! He went above and beyond to help me find the right parts I needed was very patient kind understanding helpful in so many ways and even ensured we had the correct parts as well as looked up and called other branches to help find more parts that were not available at their location ! This is the best customer service I’ve ever received!! Thank you so much for the love and compassion you showed to me as a customer you were a great help you saved the day !! Even though the underlying inventory tracking system let me down. The staff showed an amazing display of initiative as it seemed the whole office got into the phone tag battle to find me the supplies I needed despite my sour attitude. If yall see this, thank you.

Called this morning ask about getting a quote for a job. I’ve figured it myself to be between $175,000 and $200,000. Also more work in the future.
I’m not sure who we were speaking with, but was told they didn’t have time to deal with it.
Plenty of other industrial electrical companies.
