Great service and knowledgeable staff

This place can't even pic up the phone when you call, how good do u spect to be serve wen you come to the store for material, needs tied up on this service if they wan to be the first option like how it said wen they put you on hold. I'm so disappointed on it. If is going to be like this every time I call to see if they have what I need, I rather drive 40-55 min to other locations were i can get good service.

First time delivering here. I will say it’s a little tight getting in with a tractor trailer. But a pleasant experience Derek was very helpful and attentive while performing a superb job. Very positive attitude and a great vibe the rest of the staff was also very professional.

Am a homeowner (not an electrician) who needed extra help on buying materials for an electrician who’ll be coming to help me. Nick couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you for all the help!

Best electrical contractors in the Triangle

We had a wonderful experience with Ryan king electric company. We originally hired them to install ground wire for our new driveway gates. Rodney Martin was our lead installer. He was informative, polite, and on time! Something not commonly found in construction. We were so impressed with their customer service that we added more to our list. They installed a whole house generator, fixed our kitchen outlets, installed a 3-way switch for our hallway light, and of-course installed the necessary underground wires for the new driveway gate. I will be using them for all my electrical issues in the future!

Ryan King Electric's customer service is phenomenal! We recently bought a home and had Ryan out to quote some work we needed done in replacing and upgrading a panel. In the meantime, we also identified we needed some additional support in installing fans in both of the bedrooms of our house. Ryan was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us on their schedule. The crew that came to service our house was fantastic! Both were incredibly kind and did an excellent job with both projects. We couldn't recommend them more! If you need anything electrical done, hire Ryan King!

I’m not sure if the guy felt like his life was in danger or what but I saw an amazon driver pull over in their parking lot. I’m guessing to adjust there items because something shifted and he kept yelling at him. He was shouting “this isn’t amazon parking” the young man was trying to tell him something but he continued to yell. 0/10 would never do business with someone that doesn’t respect our delivery drivers.
