I can't say enough about the amazing service that we received from Shawn today. We had an urgent and fairly complex electrical issue that needed to be addressed. Shawn responded to our inquiry quickly and arrived the next day. He was very knowledgable, professional and worked efficiently. Although it was a large job, he offered fair and competitive pricing. We are truly grateful for his work and looking forward to using him again in the future for our electrical needs. It has been very difficult to find quality vendors these days and even more so in specialty areas. Shawn is definitely one of a kind!

SKK Electric has not forgotten the meaning of customer service!!! They return calls promptly, their service is fairly priced, they are extremely understanding/patient, and their customer service is extraordinary! There were a couple of times where I was completely at fault, and they were still able to get to my project and rectify my errors!

My mom’s water heater went bad and she wanted to upgrade to an electric water heater, so she needed new power for it. He came and looked at our current panel box on the first day and made a game plan and came back the next day and did everything to get our box up to date. All we had to do was wait for the water heater to get installed and then he came back that same day to connect power to the water heater. And he explained everything while doing it. If your looking for an electrician I’d highly recommend.

They installed the light i picked for my parents’ wheelchair ramp in the totally wrong place and left the ramp in the dark. I had to pay for their time to do so. They returned when i complained and installed an inferior light where the first one should have been, left the first one in a useless location, half the area the first light would have illuminated is still in the dark and i had to pay for their second installation as well. So now I paid twice and only have one inferior light in the right location, with half the effect intended. Disappointed and frustrated. UPDATE: I understand why this team got confused by the customer’s family. But instead of communicating with the customer who scheduled and paid for the work, they took instruction that contradicted what they had been paid to do with no communication. This led to unnecessary work, unnecessary additional costs, and frustration. Nice guys, bad communicators. Will not use again.
