Top notch response and service. Called SKK at 4 in the afternoon on a Friday after a tropical storm and he was there by 6 from Durham to Creedmoor. Spent about twenty minuets at my house and had the problem solved. Definitely a happy and will be a repeat customer in the future. Can't imagine going with anyone else. Responsive, Affordable, and Professional what more could you want.

The gentleman who came quickly fixed the 3 electrical issues I had. He clearly explained what he was going to do and did a quality job. He was also polite and kind. I would definitely call them again with all my electrical issues.

I called Shawn on a Friday evening around 5 p.m. My needs weren't emergent by any means, but I was looking for someone who could come as quickly as possible. He scheduled me for the next morning at 11. Unfortunately, he ended up having an issue and called me as soon as he could on Saturday morning trying to work something out. Because he had communicated with me, I told him Monday was just fine. Monday, Shawn followed up with me, verified what I needed and asked when I would be home from work. His team arrived early, they were respectful, they were personable, and they were quick.

As it is relevant to the review, I just needed an electrician to show a company that my wiring was not the problem so I could make a warranty claim. His team understood my situation and helped me take pictures to further prove to the warranty folks that an electrician did indeed check my wiring.

If I have any future electrical needs, Shawn and team will be my go to. Call them. He will work with you and you wont' be disappointed.

Shawn responded same day to an issue I was having after Tropical Storm Debbie even though I know he was extremely busy. He took the time to carefully identify what was causing my tripped breaker through process of elimination. I am so relieved he did - he found a long standing problem that had been exacerbated by the storm and could have caused a house fire had it continued. Shawn is great about explaining things as he finds them so you can understand exactly what is needed to fix the issues. Will definitely call again.

Shawn did fantastic work fixing our breaker box today. He was able to come out the morning after our issue occurred, was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Strongly recommended!

Shawn with SKK Electric is wonderful. Called him on Tuesday he came out and assessed work that morning. Scheduled for next morning and work was completed by noon the next day! Professional and courteous. Power was out to parts of my house, scary stuff! My house is over 100 years old and challenging. Electrical line was buried in dirt no conduit and not wired to breaker but to a hot water heater. Replaced line and wired correctly to breaker box. Had them do quite a few other things as well.
Very pleased!

The boys at SKK electric ARE the business. They come over within 24 hours of my call to help me out with a minor electrical problem with an outlet outside my house. Not only were they timely and professional, but they were also very educational and walked me through the problem and showed me the exact steps they took to fix it.
Bonus points because they liked my yappy dogs barking at them the entire time.

Shawn and his crew were amazing! He came this morning for a quote and had an opening the same day. They knocked out all the work in a few hours (added outlets in bathroom and living room, ran hdmi cables through wall) and did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I look forward to working with SKK for all my future electrical projects!

Shawn has been the most reliable and excellent electrician I have ever encountered. He responded right away when a tree took out our power line, and even coordinated to have the tree removed, the lawn maintained, the breaker and meter and other electrical equipment restored, and the energy company to reconnect the power within a day. He takes care of the people of Durham and does his work with integrity. He will always be my first call with electrical issues, and I cannot recommend him enough.

Very great team! Shawn took my call on a holiday, and scheduled an appointment next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my somewhat complex situation quickly! He even walked me through what I was doing wrong to teach me a thing or two which I could appreciate! Know who I’m calling when I have any electrical needs moving forward!

Shawn arrived within a couple of hours after my call, on one of the hottest days of the year. He was able to fix my problem pretty quickly and get my air conditioner back on. Enjoyed working with him and will definitely call him again.

We needed someone to come out for a short circuits that was also fire hazardous and they came in about an hour and made a quick fix of the problem. Also recommended some changes and explained clearly about the repairs they were doing.
