I called Carpet Pros for an urgent job for a family member and they were able to squeeze us in in a very timely manner. Their entire team, from the intake call to the techs, was very professional. They communicated arrival times, arrived on time and did a great job. I will definitely call them for my own house needs soon.

My husband and I just moved to the area and were devastated to find our white fabric couch had been slid along the bottom of our moving truck without any protective covering. It was filthy with several grease spots, and we were concerned it had been ruined. We hired these guys to clean it, hoping for the best. It is now PRISTINE!😄 Scott and Wesley were also so friendly and professional. Could not recommend them more highly!

This was my second time using Carpet Pro Cleaners. As with the first time, Carpet Pro Cleaners (Zach and Daniel) did a fantastic job cleaning three carpets in my house. They kept me informed about their expected arrival time, explained the process in detail and were very professional and efficient. Best of all, the carpets look so much better!

Adrian and River did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and sectional! They were hard working and efficient and very friendly and courteous. Carpet Pro pricing is very competitive and a great value for the work. This is a small, local business and they really work to earn your trust and business. My daughter has used them twice now and she was the one recommending them to me. I recommend them to anyone who wants excellent work done at a reasonable price.

I have used Carpet Pro Cleaners in the past to stretch and clean my carpet. They did a great job. When it was time to clean again I made an appointment. As before the young lady that schedule my appointment was courteous and professional. The technicians sent a text when they were on the way. They were quick, and thorough. The carpets looked great when they were finished. I have recommended them to others, will be using them again.

The best carpet and mattress cleaning company! We have used them twice already and will use them in the future. Zach & Keegan were beyond friendly, professional, patient while answering million of questions regarding the extensive damage we had with our mattresses from moving. I will highly recommend Carpet Pro to anyone and will use them again for all future carpet cleaning needs.

Lovely techs. Honest about what to expect and thorough about explaining the process. Pricing is very transparent and they do not make promises they can’t keep. We had carpet stretched and due to the layout and age they were honest that the wrinkles will probably come back in time and were clear that I could change my mind about the work at any point. The carpets have never been cleaner since we moved in! Will be recommending

We chose Carpet Pro Cleaners based on their eco-friendly and kid-friendly products and their price and quick availability. We are very happy with the service performed and overall price. Keegan and Zack arrived on time and went through what the service would be like and approximately how long it would take. We had scheduled carpet cleaning and shower tile cleaning. After looking at the shower and testing a few tiles, they determined that the cleaning would barely be a noticeable difference and recommended it was likely not worth the money. Really appreciated the honesty here and saved us a good amount of money. They did a thorough job cleaning the carpets and got out the stains we had. They protected the walls where the vacuum cords and hoses would rub and did their best to keep exterior doors closed as much as possible given it was 95+ degrees outside. Other carpet cleaners we've had in the past damaged walls and were not nearly as thorough. Zach and Keegan were very professional and cleaned up after themselves including mopping the hardwoods they walked on. Would definitely recommend and use again.

While out of town with someone was watching our dog. The dog got into some Easter candy that my daughter had hidden in her room. Which then caused the to dog vomited on the carpet. It was left there for about a week. I have used Stanley steamer in the past, but I just happened to pass this company and their truck and our neighborhood and jotted down the number. I was very happy when they were able to come swiftly to try to get the rug clean. Zach S. and his crew did a great job worked on the spot diligently. Very appreciative that they knew how to handle it and tackle it the correct way.

There are pictures before and after and I am pretty sure the pictures tell more about their jobs than words can describe. They were really professional, work fast. I was really impressed by how they left the carpet. Even my neighbor said she is going to hire their services. Highly recommend!

Another amazing job done by Carpet Pro Cleaners!!! Our carpets had their annual cleaning done by techs Zach, Chaz, and Amber: they did an absolutely brilliant job!! Arrived precisely on-time with fantastic communication, highly professional interactions, and meticulous attention to detail. They worked quickly yet thoroughly and we couldn't be more pleased with the results: we now have carpets that are stain-free, beautiful, fluffy, and fresh, leaving behind only a light fresh scent from the cleaning solution. This is not at all easy to accomplish after a year of wear-and-tear from having a cat, so it definitely speaks to their exceptional skills as cleaners!! Super impressed with the whole appointment, as always this was a five star experience and we will be looking forward to booking y'all again this time next year - thank you so much!!

Aiden & River did a great job! Also repaired a roll in the carpet that was an eyesore. Made old carpet look like new. Will use them again.

Update: used them again and great job as always! Had a lot of dog fur this time after huskies visited for two weeks and you’d never know! They vacuumed before even cleaning! Even turned a fan I had ON JUST to make sure it dried out. I’ve used Carpet Pro now four times! My daughters house and now mine (moved to Cary area). The staff is consistently professional and the products they use are all natural and smells just like I’ve freshly cleaned my hard surfaces with my favorite lavender Meyers Clean Day products. This particular morning of service, I needed an early morning accommodation for my remote zoom work meeting started at 9, and they were here ready to go and super pleasant to make my time constraint work! So much appreciated Zach and - can’t remember his partners name! But I am a loyal client. And as they have always a done, left with a nice sample of their spot cleaning product they make!

John and Aiden were amazing. We needed to add the bathroom tiles and they did it. Carpets look like new, and bathroom tiles look great. Very professional. My husband and I are very happy. Thank you John and Aiden for the above and beyond service.

River and John were very nice yesterday steam cleaning my carpets, yet in daylight today I woke to find carpet spots still there. I hope the company calls me back and cleans these spots. I wanted to use them for stretching carpet and grout cleaning possibly as well. They seemed very knowledgeable so perhaps I will update this review soon.
