The best carpet cleaning I’ve had in 9-years! My carpets look brand new! The technicians make certain your furniture is protected. They’re very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. The circular motion of the machine does a deep clean and picks up the fibers, making the carpet look fuller and thicker. I will definitely continue to use Carpet Pro several times a year. A+

Absolutely loved this service! Had our 10 year old couch and loveseat cleaned and they look and smells like new! The products have a mild fresh scent, that is not perfumy or overwhelming in any way. Very reasonably priced (we had 3 pieces in total cleaned) and the staff were kind, highly knowledgeable, and took great care to avoid any scuffs on the doors/floors from equipment. We will definitely be using them again!

The team that was sent to our house did great. The most detailed cleaning I have had at my home in a long time.

They do a phenomenal job. The laddies are terrffic to work with. It is defenitly worth the money. They cleaned everything in my home from top to bottom. They do such a good job.

Terrible experience. Had to call them out to come back as they did NOTHING. Didn't sweep or mop, didn't clean the toilets, no baseboards, didn't bother to clean the sink. This was supposed to be a DEEP CLEAN. No chance I use them again. Terrible!

They did a decent job. The tub was not cleaned well. It seemed as though the wall of the tub did not get touched at all. Of what was actually cleaned, it was not worth the price paid.

Would give this company zero stars if I could. Paid for a deep cleaning. Received a VERY light cleaning and did not complete even half of the services we agreed on. They are extremely incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. Do NOT waste your money. There are better and more affordable cleaners in the area.

This "cleaning" service was a BIG disappointment. They left dirty unshaken rugs all over the house in piles. They left major areas not dusted, puddles of water were left on the floors of our living room and in other places around the house. Don't waste your money on this company, they make offers they DO NOT deliver on.

The Mobile Auto Detailing service from The Mighty Maid is the finest! They made my automobile seem to have just left the showroom area. It is something that every automobile owner must try!

I highly recommend this company. The cleaning crew does a great job, but more importantly the personal service from the owners (Paul and Dara) is unlike any other service. They are so responsive, flexible, and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I've worked with a lot of cleaning services, this one has been the best by far.

The quality of the service was highly dependent on the cleaners for any given visit. Some cleaners were great and very thorough, some were not so good and the house was not well cleaned. The bigger problem is that there were multiple occasions in which my cleaners were late and I was not called. It seems that the service over books the cleaners based on the frequency of this occurrence. Office staff wasn't very apologetic when this happened....they honestly just seemed annoyed that they were having to deal with annoyed customers. Overall I think this is a poorly run company that isn't pleasant to work with and the quality of the cleaning service was just too inconsistent.

I recently renewed my contract with tidy maids. Sandy does a great job and I have recommended Tidy Maids to others. The few times she was late, she called me in advance and they are able to give me an alternate date if I need it

Let me begin by stating that I called the company and aired my grievances. Dara was very kind and offered to send someone back to clean.
The cleaners were not thorough at all! After the cleaning, Urine was still next to the toilet, dust on window sills and the most angering thing: our hardwood floors were completely ruined because the cleaners did not bother to pick up furniture when they wanted it moved. If it was too heavy for them to lift, they should have left it alone and told us it was in their way so they could not properly clean. We will now have to have another company come in and fix our newly refinished floors.
We will never use this company again.

I look forward to the Tidy Maids coming every other week. Sandy, the lead maid, is a wonderful, caring person. She and her co-worker do a great job and get so much done in an hour and a half. My house sparkles after they leave. I have had some medical problems and have fallen asleep during their visit. They leave quietly so they don't wake me up. I appreciate their kindness and understanding.

Sandy and Tammy did a great job. They were prompt and very detailed. They worked hard getting my house cleaned for company I had coming in the next day. I had them do a good deep spring cleaning, it really took a lot off stress off me and allowed me to get other things done that I don't normally do when cleaning my home.

Very frustrated. Most important - they do not honor their guarantee. I had three bad cleanings in a row. They never offered to come back out to "re-clean" and when I asked for a refund on the last cleaning, which they agreed to provide, they only issued $50 credit (not the full cost of $171) after I asked about status multiple times! So what went wrong?
1. gunk left on the countertops
2. failed to remove mold/stains from the master bathroom
3. used some type of soap on my wood floors leaving them very slippery if wet (I fell twice, once mid week after I failed to see a small wet spot, so the "slipperiness" returned if the floors got wet after they dried) and sticky when dried; they were only supposed to use a damp mop!
4. left items stacked up or hidden - took me over an hour to find items that were inside other items and not even close to where they belonged
5. were told to not touch items on home office desk, but they moved these items, again to very unusual locations.
There are more examples not worth spending the time to re-iterate. Short answer - do not use The Tidy Maids if you value the condition of your home and belongings.

Tidy Maids started out strong professional thorough. And I often recommend them to other people. After about three years members of the cleaning team began changing and new members did not know what to do or do it thoroughly. Their attitude was negative and impatient. They left a couple of things broken and messy. The work did not improve and I moved on
