I am so very glad I have found Merry Maids and especially the team that helps me, Jessica and Lorena. They are fantastic! Not only are they really nice, which is a pleasant extra, but they clean so carefully, dusting high ledges, fans, getting behind furniture and being careful about everything. They mop and vacuum thoroughly. They leave me with a really clean home and finish their job with delightful extra touches of tea towels, towels, tissues, paper towels all folded to look like a 5 star hotel! I enjoy my home more and look forward to the days when Jessica and Lorena come to clean.

Everyone that has came to our office has been great! On time and leaves the offices very clean.

We just started using Merry Maids of Durham and have been very satisfied. They do a great job and are in and out quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It can be hard to find somewhere that does a good job with cleaning and provides good customer service. I feel like Merry Maids of Durham does both.

Merry Maids is awesome. Jessica and Lorena cleaned my house and did a fantastic job. They are very friendly and professional. My house is always spotless and organized when they are done. My husband and I are 82 and 79,
respectively. We live in a 3 floor townhouse and are so grateful to Merry Maids. It is difficult for us to haul a vacuum cleaner up and down our stairs. We are so happy to have Merry Maids help us every other week.
We have been with Merry Maids for years and really appreciate their help.

Overall very disappointed, would not recommend. Got a move out cleaning and when I went by a couple days later some things were done well (appliances very clean) but there were a lot of issues. The cabinet trash can was broken and I was not notified, all the baseboards had loose dirt/dust, and spots left on the floor were the biggest issues. Sent an email about the problems and management did contact me, which I appreciated, but just made excuses and argued with me. Said the trash can was already broken, the baseboards were cleaned but needed to be painted (despite the loose dirt that I later cleaned off myself), and the floor must not have been mopped correctly (which seems like a cleaning technique problem). They gave a small discount for the trash can and said they would have come back by if I still had access to the house, which are nice gestures but would have been appreciated more if they seemed at all apologetic and didn't proceed to just argue with me.

We’ve been happy with this cleaning service over the past few years. I appreciate their dependability and they do a good job with cleaning.

Ashely and Manerva are AMAZING!!! They did a great job with vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning all rooms and common spaces. They are both very polite and welcoming. I'm ways pleased after a visit from the lovely ladies.

Lordes from Merry Maids does a wonderful job cleaning our house. She’s very thorough and navigates around our schedules. She is careful, considerate and professional. The main office is very attentive and responsive. The scheduling alerts are perfect with on time ETA’s.
