Juan is AMAZING! Not only is he professional and on time, his pricing is also very reasonable. I thought I would have to get carpet replaced but Juan said he's seen worse and could get the black stains out of beige carpet. It took time and a ton of soap but he got the stains out (and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process). Highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

Use NC Professional Cleaning for vacant unit turnover cleaning for an apartment complex. They do a wonderful job and go above what we expect every time. If there is any issues, they will work with you on a solution. I see using them for the foreseeable future, thanks for the good work!

Typically I'm skeptical of five star reviews but Natural Zen deserves each and every one. Celia and her crew were on time, friendly, trustworthy, and did an incredible job of deep cleaning every inch of my home. Best of all, they use natural products and even essential oil diffusers to make your home smell fresh, naturally. I do wish the price were a little more budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for and I could not have been more pleased!

Several very cheery ladies, came to my house and helped me get things back into cleanliness and smelling lovely! I really appreciated them also being kind to my animals in the house. I liked how thorough they were in making sure things like the blinds and the ceiling fan were clean. they also communicated with me when they were finished and made sure the house was locked up and safe.
2nd cleaning: not as thorough as the first. Had to go back and re dust and vacuum several places. For the price and amount of time spent, I don’t think I’ll rehire.

A monthly cleaning with Natural Zen is the best gift I've given to myself recently. So nice to come home to a clean house and not have to spend my time outside of work scrubbing and mopping. Clear communication, reasonable price compared to some other quotes I received, house looks great, and it's easy to book and pay. Kristen is always really responsive and great to work with in the main office too.

I've never used a cleaning service but with having other obligations in life it was time to give it a try. I always assumed it would be expensive, it wouldn't meet my OCD standards, or that I wouldn't be able to trust the people cleaning our home. This was the first time I've ever had my home professionally cleaned and I was very pleased with the service! The team from Natural Zen Cleaning was very responsive and communicative in setting up my appointment, and they arrived on time. It is clear that the team is well trained and professional, and they leave small touches to show a level of detail that I appreciate (special attention in the master bathroom, tea and chocolate in the kitchen, etc.).

My husband and I used Natural Zen Cleaning to do a deep clean on our 2-story house this week and were SUPER impressed. The cleaners were professional with both the scheduling and the deep cleaning/organization. I was so excited to come home to a sparkling clean house and they literally cleaned every nook and cranny. We have used Natural Zen cleaning a few times now, and each time we have been extremely satisfied with the service. You can tell the staff pays attention to detail and the house just looks brighter when we walk in. Communication with the office is always easy and friendly. The text alert system of confirmed booking, crew en route and when a job is complete is really helpful and makes the process even easier. We are now looking into a monthly service! Leslie and her crew were AMAZING!!!! I cannot believe how much work they put in and how clean our house is now. It hasn't been this clean since we bought it in 2010! We got the harmony deep clean and they did EVERYTHING, even folded the things in pretty bows. I am blown away by how amazing the team was!

I was blown away by Natural Zen Cleaning's outstanding service. I am a single mom with three small children and run my own business. One day I was in a panic not having time to prepare the house for company stopping in on short notice. I needed help! I got online and thankfully chose Natural Zen Cleaning because of chemical-free products and the awesome reviews. Also the aroma therapy sounded lovely. They came to the rescue that day and even stayed late. When I walked through my door, I was so relived and more than satisfied with the results. I have continued to get regular service and couldn't be happier. I feel like a new woman, and even the dog enjoys his freshly clean water bowls after every visit. This service has been life changing. I can't thank you enough.

Great cleaning crew, but needed to rush to finish in the allotted time as I was unwilling to accrue hefty additional charges. Overall very satisfied. We felt very comfortable leaving to run some errands.
I was surprised to see them taking photos of my home. They did not ask permission nor is it stated on any website literature. When I asked why, they struggled to find an appropriate response in English. They came up with the “pictures are needed for before and after comparison”. No they are not, they are sent to their boss to verify dirt that warrants additional cleaning time. We have a very hairy dog that leaves dust bunnies everywhere. As it is easily scooped up with a broom or vacuum I did not feel that warranted extra time. I will admit that the shelves and blinds were dusty but I live in a one story 1700 sq feet home, it is not a big home and 3 cleaners for 3 hours was a reasonable expectation to get to everything.
I did reach out to the company owner about the photos and received a very sincere apology.

I waited to review Natural Zen Cleaning (NZC) until after their second cleaning to make sure the exceptional service I received the first time wasn't a one off. So I will review the two visit separately:

Visit 1 - Harmony
This option provides a thorough cleaning and I mean thorough. My home was the cleanest it's ever been at one time from top to bottom literally including inside windows, baseboards, window sills and more. This option also includes aromatherapy which left my home smelling amazing for approximately 3 - 4 days. They sent a team of 3 very friendly ladies that gave attention to every detail.

Visit 2 - Purity
This is one step down from the Harmony option. It also provides a thorough cleaning...just shy of Harmony and also includes the aromatherapy. There's a team of two that come out with this option...and yes, they were as friendly and thorough as the first team.

The office staff that you speak with to book your appointment is friendly and patient to answer all questions. I called several times to ask questions because I was hesitant due to previous disappointing experiences with other companies and April and Leo were very nice and understanding. My only regret is that I didn't use them sooner. I loved their professionalism and customer service and I now have a standing appointment every two weeks which keeps my home showroom beautiful.

Prior to your appointment they will send an email as a reminder with a list of what you can do to make sure your appointment doesn't go over the allotted time...make sure you follow that to avoid possible additional costs

I have used Natural Zen Cleaning two times for my rental property and have been incredibly happy with the results. Their team is responsive, professional, and reliable. My last experience with a cleaning service was terrible, so it has been a blessing finding this new team! I currently use their services bi-monthly and love the results. The home is always left spotless and I can rest assured that the guests staying at my home will be comfortable and safe.
