We are long term customers of Natural Zen. Their non-toxic approach to cleaning is what first attracted us, but the exceptionally careful work of the teams and their reliability are wonderful. The scheduling help and superior communication Kristen offers is the icing on the cake!

Marta and her team are incredible. They have truly given us our sense of home and peace back and every time they come it returns our home to harmony. They are friendly and warm and I trust that they will get every nook and cranny. She even went as far as making sure our pups dog bed was clean and water dish filled. She prioritizes the little details that make home feel like home. Natural Zen has completely changed our life for the better and we are so thankful.

I don't typically do reviews but I had to do this one! These ladies came to my house for the deep clean (harmony) and worked their tails off. I've had cleanings before, and I've had deep cleanings before, but this was exceptional. The level of detail they went to, to clean my house was impressive. They picked things up, they moved furniture out of the way, they rolled up carpets. 10 stars if I could! I will be reaching out for regular cleanings soon. They've won my house over, I've been looking for years for cleaners like this. Thank you Natural Zen, you're amazing!

I knew my place was different (in the best way) the moment I opened the door. Aside from all the visible evidence, it just felt clean. Counters sparkled, floors were spotless, dust gone from all surfaces, and everything was straightened and tidied up with care. Very pleased with the service I received.

I was provided an estimate for cleaning services that less than necessary (manager even said ‘wow, they are done already). Also, none of the cleaning people could tell me what I owed (I couldn’t speak Spanish) and had to call the manager where he seemed to have no clue) I also noticed windows and places not cleaned after they left. They also made sure to ask for a tip.

I’m so happy with this cleaning service! They do a great job, team is easy to communicate with, and use natural products. The smell of essential oils when I walk in the door is my cue to relax in a clean home.

We’ve been using Natural Zen for several years and would highly recommend them. The use of nontoxic products in our home is very important to us, and knowing that we will get a thorough cleaning without compromising on that is a relief. The crew of awesome women who service our home (led by Marta, Maria) are prompt, thorough, kind, and their attention to detail leaves our home feeling very comfortable and peaceful. They’re also very sweet to our old dog who is sometimes roaming around while they work. :) Scheduling is reliable and easy, and Kristen is always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Marta and her team do such a great job cleaning my home. I'm always impressed with their attention to detail - little things that make me feel like I live in a fancy hotel. They are always timely, friendly, and professional. I also appreciate that they are responsive to special requests. I look forward to their visits all week!

My house desperately needed a deep clean and now everything looks and smells beautiful. They walked through the house with me before and after the clean which I appreciated. Everything is above and beyond what I expected. The communication was excellent and the pricing is very reasonable for the service received.

Good standard clean. Vacuum, wipe down countertops, light dusting, toilet bowls wiped. I was satisfied (except for $200 I would expect them to make the bed but that's just me.). They do such a WONDERFUL job with the Clarity and above cleaning levels that perhaps I expected a little more, but I got a good job on the Simplicity level that I paid for.

Booked Natural Zen for a move-in cleaning because of how quick they were able to respond to my quote. While booking, they let me know that an earlier appointment had opened up and offered me 20% off if I wanted to book it — and I'm so glad I did. I booked them for a move-in clean and even though the place wasn't too dirty, they made it sparkling. No corner was left untouched. I normally don't mind doing my own cleaning because I'm a bit of a clean freak, but now I want to bring them in more consistently for a deep clean as the seasons change. Marta and her team were incredible!

Mostly this team did a good job, but there were some attention-to-detail issues, including multiple purple-stained fingerprints across the house (from their gloves?) and some gunk on my shower equipment that I ended up cleaning myself. When I emailed Zen after the service about these issues, they did not take responsibility and told me to use a magic eraser. I would not hire this company again.
