We called to make several repairs to our home and scheduled an appointment. They didn’t show up or call. I called and left a message and they didn’t respond.

We’d never do business with a company like this.

Jeremy saw us trying to load plywood into my daughter's truck at Home Depot in Durham today. He told us to stop and he loaded it all for us! If I have a project at my house, I'm calling Honey Do List Contractors!

Not recommending at all. We set up an appointment with them 3-4 days back and today they supposed to visit the property and complete the work. We agreed on $45 as inspection fee but yet the didn't went to the property. So, I do request everyone who sees the review, don't fix an appointment with them.

THis was the first time I used HDLC and could not be more pleased. They were on time, reasonably priced, honest, installed our new fan and completed the job perfectly. Have a job coming up for them in October and will definately use them agan whenever I have a need.

Jeremy and Rachel came all the way from Durham to Fuquay Varina to work on my house. They did an excellent job and even went above and beyond! You get your money’s worth and a great attitude!

I hired HDLC to repair some roof damage. I was extremely pleased with the results so I hired them to refresh the exterior of my home and I must say it looks great. They were very interactive in assessing and determining how to best approach the job. There was no attempt to push unnecessary work. We’ve already had discussions for future projects - my trust has been earned.

Unreliable and shady is an understatement.They came out to quote our project at our new house for removing popcorn ceilings and painting the ceilings. We had an agreed upon amount of $2,100 paying $850 for an initial deposit.After delaying and procrastinating they finally got started. As we were set to move in, thinking they were close to done we soon realized they weren’t even close and next to none of my ceilings were painted. After bringing up all this we were met with nothing but excuses. After asking when they would come back, they asked for another payment of $600! We informed them they would get the final payment when the job was DONE! Once they heard that the decided not to finish the job, and came and grab all their stuff and moved on to the next project. They easily would have taken this amount and run! After being left high and dry, we now have to have PROFESSIONAL painters come out to clean up their mess. One painter took a look and said this is one of the worst jobs he has ever seen. Do not recommend to anyone!

Jeremy and Rachel are the absolute best! They can put their hand to just about anything, whether its repairs, remodeling or dealing with an emergency, they have been our essential, go to, contractors for our properties. They have cut away trees, cleaned gutters, installed dishwashers, fixed roof problems, sanded and painted decks and much more. We literally go to them for everything and they ALWAYS do an exceptional job. On top of that, they both have hearts of gold and are genuinely fantastic people that truly care about the work that they do and the relationships they have with their customers. If you are looking for a contractor, look no further - these guys will do the job above and beyond and at an extremely reasonable rate for the caliber of work.
