This was my first time using ProGreen to clean the carpet in my house. I chose them largely based on the positive rating on the internet.

On the positive side, it was easy to make an appointment with ProGreen and they were prompt to show up to the appointment. I did not have a positive experience with them. The issues are:

1. The stairs are carpet over hardwood. They left the stairs with puddles of water on the wood of the steps beside the carpet.
2. The stairs aren't dry even 22 hours later.
3. The carpet isn't clean. For example, it has streaks of lighter, cleaner areas, so obviously it was possible to get it cleaner overall than they did.
4. They were not careful with my home. For one thing, they opened a door so hard it swung into a cabinet. For another, they got a rocker caught up in their tubing and drug it along the floor and into a table.
5. They were expensive for the service they provided. It cost me $245 for two rooms, the stairs and some area rugs. Given that the rugs weren't really clean when they were done, I thought this was a poor value.

REPLY: I am not a competitor giving you a poor review. I am a customer who you did identify since you called me earlier today and left me a voicemail. I'm sorry that my review isn't pleasing to you, but it is my experience. The dry time I experienced on the stairs was longer than the time window you suggest. The streaks became more evident as the carpets in the rooms dried and we felt comfortable walking on them. I posted pictures if that helps. Three of the pictures show streaks. I tried to upload a fourth picture is to show an area that was cleaned better and didn't show streaks, but it didn't seem to upload. The amount I paid was for 2 rooms, stairs and also for some area rugs. Of the area rugs, 3 were door mats and one was a larger area rug. The cost to clean those 4 rugs was $60.

I have used this company for two houses during the past three years—primarily for carpet cleaning but also for upholstery. Very satisfied and will use again!

I've had ProGreen out to the house twice, and on each occasion they exceeded my expectations. The first time Ivan came to stretch carpet and remove wrinkles, and he ended up helping us with a bad creak in the floor. The second time, we were about to put our home on the market. They removed more wrinkles and did a thorough cleaning, but along the way even made a recommendation for a painter to help us take care of things before listing the house. Talk about going above and beyond expectations! This is a small business that cares about its customers for sure.

We were in the process of selling our house and needed several services to get it ready for listing. We are both elderly and the situation we found ourselves in made us very anxious. After reading the information on their website and checking their reviews we decided to use ProGreen for all the services required. And we are so very glad we did. From the first phone call to the end of the project, Pro Green was super in their planning and the excellence of their work. We had Pro Green power wash all the flat surfaces around the house ,light power wash the entire house, repair the living room carpet, steam clean six rooms of carpeting and a stairway, and clean all the windows. All the results exceeded our expectations. We were able to leave everything up to Pro Green, which greatly relieved our anxiety. It’s good to know that Pro Green will be available for any jobs we might need done on our new house.

Mauricio did a very thorough careful job of cleaning our carpets and rugs. He was careful about our furniture. Very polite, explained what he was doing. Good experience.

We always use pro green cleaners. My wife the dry cleaner method they use. No wet watery carpet after pro green cleaning s done. The crews are always careful to protect the furniture.

I found Pro Green Carpet on Yelp. From our first phone call to me having to postpone twice, and the finished job…they were incredible!! Mauricio was so professional and he made our carpets look new again! Job was done neatly and Mauricio was a joy to meet.

After speaking with a couple of companies to repair a squeaky floor, I found ProGreen. Their technician came in diagnosed the problem and gave me the cause. On the day of service he arrived on time and was very prompt on fixing the issue. I would definitely hire them again.

I had my patio pressure washed, 2 rooms of carpet stretched, and carpet cleaned in 6 rooms. ProGreen did a fantastic job! They were on time, professional, and their service was not only quick but extremely good. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them highly.

My puppy tore up the carpet at the edge of the stairway banister. Carpet was shredded and pulled away about 5 feet long strip. I called ProGreen Carpet on a Thursday afternoon, they asked me to send some pictures of the damage, gave me a quote, and Ivan came less than 24 hrs later and fixed it for a reasonable price.
