2 YEARS!
That is how long I have tried to get my carpets clean with an at-home consumer carpet cleaner. With 3 elderly (and somewhat incontinent) dogs and 2 cats, keeping the urine smell at bay has been a losing battle. I don't want to think about all the hours I've spent attempting to clean the carpets, let alone the expense of many jugs of carpet cleaner...

I had reached my wits end when I called One of Kind Custom Carpet Cleaning! I have to say, this is a wonderful family-owned company! I spoke to David, the owner, and he walked me through his multi-step process for truly cleaning my carpets (as opposed to what I had been trying to do on my own). He was able to come out in the same week! I was impressed with the time and care he and his daughter invested in making my carpets look and smell as close to new as they could get! While some other posts note that their equipment doesn't look "new", or that they spend a lot of time working on the job, I consider both of these concerns to be invalid. I don't care what their equipment looks like - I care about the results, and they were fantastic! As for them spending a lot of time working on the job, how could this possibly be a bad thing? I'm not paying by the hour, I paid for the job, and they worked hard to earn my trust and praise. I was delighted that they weren't just there to quickly run through the place and then head out - no, they spent their time working through their multi-step cleaning and deodorizing process, and the results are GREAT! While they may not be the least expensive option out there, they are well worth the money in my opinion! If you have dirty carpets, do yourself a favor and give David a call - you won't be disappointed!

David, the owner, came to our home and cleaned three Oriental rugs. They look great and have regained their brightness. They dried quickly and smell much better, including getting rid of residual dog urine odor. He was very nice and professional. We would definitely use him again and recommend him.

I've used these folks several times at multiple locations and I have always been absolutely impressed with the high quality work they do. Highly recommended!

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing job ! David was so great from start to finish ! Explained the detailed service , Was here early, and stayed longer than anticipated ! David got all the tough stains out and my 2 Daughters long hair out ! Best carpet service Worth every penny ! If anyone needs and carpet cleaning I Highly recommend One of a kind ! Super happy with the service I received. The carpets looked and smelled brand new. David took the time to explain the process and answer any questions or concerns I had regarding my floors.He and his Assistants were polite and professional. Amazing service at a reasonable price!
David Stines just completed cleaning carpet and a rug for us. Our 20+ year old carpet looks almost new again. He was able to clean an especially nasty stain from an antibiotic which spilled and today it is gone - quite a miracle! He is cheerful, responsive, knowledgeable and responsible. He has taken care of our carpet for years. We wouldn't trust anyone else to give us the same level of service, with a smile and a good price. You cannot go wrong with One of a Kind for your carpet!

David came to my office cleaned the carpets ,spots with old coffee stains,lots of traffic ,removed the stains carpet had a nice odor and was not wet,They also cleaned and removed stains from a small sofa ,and formal chair .Great Work

I fostered a puppy that left multiple peanut butter stains in my cotton wool carpet, Steve tested the chemicals before cleaning and it came out perfect! Better than when I bought it. 10/10

These guys are phenomenal! They came this morning and we rehired them to come back Monday to do all of our carpets. Professional, kind, great work ethic, honest and I give them 2 thumbs up and hugs!

David is a craftsman and a gentleman! He was the only one of many companies I called that had availability on short notice to clean a couch I was buying. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was very gracious when he found out the couch he came to clean wasn't even there yet! (My movers were delayed). He was very patient and waited until my couch was delivered without charging me extra for the wait. Then, when the couch was much larger than he'd originally anticipated, he STILL didn't increase the price from the original quote he gave me despite it taking almost twice as long as he originally estimated. We made sure to tip well because you can't find service like this just anywhere! The couch is in pristine condition, and smells wonderful. Thanks for the excellent job and the lovely conversation!

David was contacted on Friday and he came at 7am Saturday, to clean the carpets for our move-in. He was a real blessing. He not only cleaned the carpets well, and they dried quickly as he promised, but he helped us replace blown and damaged bulbs left behind by previous tenants. He was a God-send for our move-in. We were able to move furniture in within a couple of hours of his cleaning the carpet.

Amazing experience with Mr.David! Called the day before to get a couch, ottoman, and loveseat cleaned, came with such short notice and left my furniture feeling clean, fresh and smelling amazing. Mr. David had a great attention to detail, very much prioritized customer satisfaction, and even offered to come back at any point if there was something I thought needed to be re-cleaned. Never even needed to do that but I highly recommend Mr.David to anyone who needs upholster cleaning and especially anyone who wants to support local businesses ! Call Mr David!

I had 1 bedroom needing to be shampooed upon moving out of my unit. I called to get an estimate 1 week prior & was able to book for the following week. I spoke with David throughout the process & he explained his process to me. The morning of the job he came out, showed up on time, was pleasant & exceeded my expectations by the work he did. I called one day to request my carpet cleaning service, and he was able to come the next day at his earliest convenience. I’m extremely pleased with the service. My carpet is spotless and smells fantastic! I’ve found a reliable source for excellent carpet cleaning services, and he didn’t take long to complete the cleaning of a large bedroom. I highly recommend this service.

Simply the best carpet cleaning in the area. We had our four auditoriums and main hallway cleaned, they look amazing now. All stains have been removed. David and his team know what they're doing and are as polite as can be. Highly recommend if you want the job done right.
